A simple 2 to 1 transformer would take care of getting 220 to 110 but of course if it's still 50 Hz then it won't work well with U.S. appliances and such. However a lot of newer electronic devices use transformers, chargers and power supplies that can handle both voltages and frequencies.

If you follow my build method, these boilers are very easy to make. It took some trial and error to come up with that method, but it works well as you can see.

Reason: cleaned it up
I'm going to keep mine at 110 volts too but may also make a 220 volt version. I'm much more interested in the hydrogen potential of this than the heat.
I haven't heard back on the can length yet but will let you know when I know.

Well
I have yet to find the correct Can to fit the professors specs in the USA!
But I have not received a response yet from the manufacturer of the product.
If it turns out we have no domestic access then I will gladly take you up on that offer. [although I think there is product in Canada? I can Contact Thane perhaps]
@Slovenia
It will be easier to get others involved if it stays 110 volts ?
However I will not be deterred.
Funny thing I was having my quiet time this AM ,and the thought occurred
to me how much the tower of Babble runs through our society ,not only do we have this Language barrier ,we have a voltage barrier too???
As responsible for major lurking for sometime now, maybe I could offer some help with material. Cans from europe, steel sheets etc. Of course we need to find some cheap transport from europe where i live. Let me know what you need and i will look in to that..

I feel much more comfortable with 110 volts too. To get the efficiency though, I think we need to go with 220 volts. Right now, I don't care how efficient it is. I'm just working on a well designed device. I can always change out components later. I think he's using a 4-5 inch pvc housed for his boiler too. That hasn't been confirmed yet though. I know the inlets and outlets are plastic though, so that would make sense.

Also I really would like to work In 110 volts if possible ,just for using the power in meter ??
I am not to good at long math............ [if all experiments are in 110 it will be easier for me
I forgot to ask him about the can size for USA. I'll send him a message before I go to bed. The can diameter has to stay the same, but the length does change from 50 hz to 60 hz. I'll get that for you as soon as I can. I think the 220 volts is the way to go instead of the 110 volts. COP 12 sounds great!!
I was ready to put out an APB for an interpreter !!
This is Wild stuff "S"!!
Have you asked him the Can size for USA ?
If the can is to short at 2'5 wide I can get a longer can in a bigger diameter?
I want to get busy with this I'm heading home tomorrow?

I just sent Dragan a copy of the Inventor's message so he could give us a good clean English interpretation of it. He lives in Belgrade and speaks the Serbian language fluently and can give us a good accurate English translation.
You need to study both translations below to get the feel of what he is saying. This is from Google Translator which isn't ideal but the only online translator I've seen that translates Serbian.
