If you get the conditions right you may get a self resonant capacitor but with water as dielectric and the temperature rasing so fast the value of the capacitor would change significantly. This is highly speculative.

This article points to piezo effect in capacitors too that may interest you.

note: if you read one of the links above mentioned (can't remember which one) that a resonant circuit acts like a capacitor (vice versa)

Somewhere you were saying you have been in persuit of an OU device for over 10 years.

I assume here you are copying something that you have not seen. So you take it on faith that what you have been told is true.

If someone instructs you that the diameter of the ring to 3 decimal points then you can bet there is a lot more precission involved in this.

There is nothing technical in what you have described so far but I don't think you are dumbed down.

In a previous post I asked if you know the principal of the operation of this device. If you don't know, you can not build it! Just like if I asked you to how does a dynamo work. I can give you all the material and if you don't know how it should work then you would never be able to build one.

You would save yourself a lot of grief if you asked your friend the exact operation of this device. There are a lot of pranks on the Internet. I hope this year will be the end of your search.

If you can not explain to someone else how something works then you don't know. And if you don't know you can't build it.

Please take my post as constructive advice.

    Prefer Building

I haven't published everything I've heard on this channel. I'm still trying to understand a few things and also determine what I'm allowed to share. I don't want to screw that up again.

I used to have to do a lot of reading in my old gov job, so I'm a pretty good researcher. I just need to find the right text to study and then I'll jump on it like a big dog and share with some of you who have shared with me.

Better Translation (Inventor's Earlier Explanation of Device)

Thanks to Dragans, one of our Serbian members, we have a better interpretation of the Inventor's description of how his device works.

    Pics

If any of the rest of you have built this machine, please share your pics and stats with us. We could use some more experiments. I'm pretty busy on other things too so the help would be greatly appreciated.

Let's see some other design ideas too!!

    Beer Cans

I have an English guy trying to find me some beer cans in USA. He says he sees them all the time to the specs we're looking for, so I told him to find and buy me some. I'll let you know how that goes. I'm still waiting for the length of the most recent 220 volt US boiler can.

    Ideal Container

The ideal container for this heater element assembly would be either a 4" or 5" pvc tube with flat clean out end caps on both ends. With an assembly like this, easy maintenance would be assured and these items are readily available. Also, you can get a connector with varying sizes of inlet and outlet holes for incoming and outgoing water. These are self explanatory assemblies known in any plumbing store.

I can draw you a diagram if you need it if you don't understand what I mean with regard to the inlet and outlet assemblies.

The can would be mounted on one of the screw out end caps. This would allow for extremely easy maintenance but it would have to be centered perfectly or you'd have trouble with the ring line-up. The ring mounting is going to be a little trickier since it's going to be mounted through the side of the tube on the other end of the tube. The ring will also have to be centered perfectly with the can so exact measurements are a must!!
