OK, I'll see about firming that up; which I expect will take a little time -- and I'll give others an opportunity to be the "angel-donor" as we say. And the dollar amount was my own suggestion; the donor would of course have to agree.
If there are disagreements or objections, pls raise the concerns here. Again, it is on the basis that the inventor gets a large prize right after testing and the invention itself becomes a GIFT to mankind in that it will be made freely available.

Note that there may be a competition for a few "entries" for this prize; in which case there would probably have to be a team chosen from among us who would decide (in a limited time frame) which of the entries would BEST SERVE HUMANITY.

Yes ,selling with ""some assembly required"" is exactly how the ultralight /experimental aircraft industry has survived for the last 30 odd years,hard to imagine a stricter venue then aircraft??

Of course if for instance we were selling flavor shavers and we wanted to be completely separated from any liability [flavor shavers are edible]
We would sell them in pieces that would have absolutely nothing at all to do with the end result ....

Like a vase for holding flowers .... and a bag of incense ???

C. Big cash prize to the INVENTOR by a PRIVATE DONOR who buys the invention to GIVE TO HUMANITY. (A BIG-BIG CHRISTMAS GIFT to mankind!)
A small team would help disperse the information and building of devices worldwide, with globe-sweeping announcement and demonstrations in local media/youtube/media at ONE HOUR on an agree upon day. A win-win situation where the inventor gets a BIG reward for his efforts and humanity benefits big-time. The inventor could still build and sell as he wished; but no patenting (which I believe would be counterproductive in any case.)

And of course, the inventor would also get the New Renaissance prizes I've offered -- this is an extension of that plan. Which means a device would have to be independently tested AS the prize was being given, see

OK, I've been discussing with several trusted friends HOW to get the OU devices out there while 1) serving humanity; 2) making a "fair profit", and 3) avoiding "official harassment."

First the rejected ideas:
1. Joining up with a big corporation at a large fee, so they would get big profits (or bury it if they chose). This "sell-out" approach will result in the new-energy device being buried for many years, almost certainly, and might actually lead to some harassment as they endeavor to keep you= the inventor silent after selling out. If you worked with the Chinese, they MIGHT get the product out, but again not a trustworthy way to proceed as they have been known to take-and-make products with no respect for intellectual property.

2. Working out a deal with gov-mint so that they get tax revenue as the device is used... They will already get sales taxes (see below), but as a friend noted to me, "personally I'd never go for this; the government NEVER makes binding agreements and they can change the deal at any time."

Two ideas that look good, open for discussion:

A. Wide-scale FREE publication with enough details to produce a device is basically the "freemium" model. [See Wikipedia.] The inventor can probably safely put his own name on the work and disclaim copyright, and then use the reputation for higher pay in consulting work, and building and selling small devices in TWO parts (see B, below) . He almost certainly would receive opportunities to partner with multiple companies that would manufacture or install or service/update the devices in various countries. Even publishing a newsletter or a subscription to ongoing design improvements could bring in plenty of money to fund a family nicely.


B. The "smaller is better" model of selling TWO parts separately and growing by word-of-mouth (person to person). This is a business model used successfully in the US by a company that makes and sells a "Rife machine" which treats health conditions such as arthritis but WITHOUT making ANY CLAIMS.
They simply sell as a 'frequency generator' (part 1) and "ancillaries" (part 2; required for operation) and state that they are not making any specific claims. You would NOT claim "overunity" or even "free energy" -- just say something like, "a highly efficient water heater." (People understand what you're saying, these days... They know about government controls, like the FDA in the US.)

The buyer gets separate parts and then he/she is responsible to CONNECT part 1 and part2, so it is like a "kit" put together by the consumer. Word of mouth advertising only, which with people writing emails and blogs themselves is working well -- the PEOPLE are doing the advertising!

Mark-up above actual cost is about a factor of TEN I estimate; but people are buying it in numbers. The two parts together sale for about $3,000 (and the cost-to-make is roughly $300). Sales tax is paid; the government is happy. Although the "frequency generator" company makes no health-treatment claims, they will quote "testimonials" from satisfied customers. No problems from "officials" yet, the business model is working fine.

Note that with either A or B model, competition is an apparent "problem" -- but not really as the goal is to get the devices out to the people anyway. The big profit is made largely in the FIRST SEVERAL MONTHS, with ongoing proceeds in this way: "Publishing a newsletter or a subscription to ongoing design improvements could bring in plenty of money to fund a family nicely. "

I enjoyed the vid Chet -- who is the guy who did it? (he said remember who told you about this.)
It reminds me of the resonance work of Armagdn03.

This guy says that he has NO power flowing into the circuit from the frequency generator (because there is no ground wire) -- but I don't necessarily believe that. Remember I'm from Missouri. So I'd like to see some measure of the current or power flowing through that wire from the frequency generator. Only if you MEASURE the input can you say its zero power in. IMO.

It sounds like you are getting a lot of atomic hydrogen. When ignited, it's a lot louder than the monatomic hydrogen. The atomic hydrogen is also much more powerful and useful than the monatomic. It takes less of the atomic hydrogen to run something. The atomic hydrogen is the most unstable and will return to either water or monatomic quickly, so other researchers have found ways to join it at the atomic phase with nitrogen and create ammonia which is very stable and makes a great fuel. It was used by the Germans in WWII and is still used today in black-op projects in UK & US. This is a highly protected area!!! I have copious notes on how to do this though. I will try to find them for you. It's been a while since I saw those notes, but I know I archived them well about four years ago.

pure speculation using ferrite

If you are going to test with ferrite core I would recommend having the ferrite covered with electric insulation (you want dielectric and diamagnetic) before plunging it in water....one of the two mobius wires end has to be connected to the ferrite while the other to the water

just in case you need to know, I'm on 60hz 220 V
