    Hi DonL,

If you go on the web and price, you'll find that pure sine wave inverters cost more than twice maybe three times as much as modified sine wave inverters. And they are hard to find in small capacities. Some electronic equipment is not immune to noise produced by modified sine and need a pure sine. Modified sine inverters can very efficient though ... in the high 90's. As long as you are not trying to drive a highly inductive load then modified is fine.

    Hi everybody.
The "pistol shrimp" subject is very interesting, but too bad it is not on topic...
Anyway, I would like to add a few words about the issue if allowed.
Ansis Freimanis, I respect and I apreciate You as my brother, so I hope a couple of questions I ask would not bother You.

First of all, there is a law that says every effect needs a cause.
Now, the nature is an effect of something. It does not generate anything new, as I know. Of contrary, some species dissapeared. We talk about a shrimp that is unchanged from its first appearence.
Second, evolution is thougt to be an universal process. But guess what: this universal process is nowhere to be found or observed. And it never was. In fact, the American Humanist Asociation states that evolution is a process that does not follows purposes at all. You say that animal weapons are needed for survival. But let's ask ourselves: Why an unpersonal, purposless process would be interested in survival of a certain species? Yes, those weapons are intended for survival, but survival is a goal that needs a Mind to set it.
In fact, the "Pistol shrimp" depends on its weapon to survive. It must function perfectly every time. If that "pistol" evolved, that means it was a time when it was not as eficient as today. How many hundred (or thousends) of shots should have it fired to succeed a single one? And what was the defend/attack system of the shrimp that time? If it had nothing else, it would have been a good meal for many "neighbours"... More, who thaught the shrimp about cavitation effect in fluids if ultrasonics are applied?

Yes, your are right: unfortunately, we live in a world more violent than animal's, cause we developed a strange form of "art": torture. And more reasons are for this situation. But that is not a proof that God does not exist. Of contrary, the Bible warns us that aggresion is something bad and is to be expected if we neglect God. See, God is good, loving, and if we stay near to Him, we become like Him. But gues what happens if we depart from Him...
Hope nobody is offended by my words, and hope it will challenge us to rethink some issues.

Again, it's a joy to me to speak about these things, and I assure everyone of you of my appreciation, no mather what your beliefs are.
But let us get on topic.
    All the best.

It says they are doing a backup and will be back in a few minutes. I have seen this before at that site. Check with them a little later and they will probably be back.

    About crab pistol.

We can think about "Who make crab pistol"? God, nature, or evolution. I think it’s part of crab survival mechanism. To us (humans) weapons is the answer of survival, because we are not from God (I am sorry if someone think different). Peoples are living in violent world. We are violent (sorry). Look a round.
P.S. I hope we in this forum are little bit softer then the others with guns a round us.

Inteligent Design - traces of our Creator God

    Yes, Luc. Amazing.
It's interresting that the small shrimp knows very much physics and perfectly manages the water applied ultrasonics behaviour. Where did it graduated? Must be a very well known University.
Or..., maybe the blind, knowing nothing and purposeless Mighty Evolution Process did this water weapon. It must have been thinking a lot until the design was reliable...

    Hi everyone,

a YouTube user: honda4004 posted a comment on my Water Power test 3 video to search for Pistol Shimp on YouTube.

Here are the videos that I found. Very interesting I must say

    K1W1,
I think that the illustrated injector is a huge leap here,
that the water cracking and spark takes place outside
of the combustion chamber. I've subscribed to Tom's
Videos and have asked him to replace caps with lazer.
It will be interesting to see where this goes.

Google, the patent info on the Lazer is here:

    Meyers Switzerland Video:

Meyers exact words: "This all happened by Presidential executive action!"
US Government (NASA) spent 10 million dollars researching best oil replacement
avenue, and then presented it all to Meyers, even let him have the rights.

You guys keep in mind that Meyers used Lazer energy to replace the
Capacitor Bank, thus work in rapid succession.

The solid state generator is already out with Intel's witricity devices, but on
a very small scale. It's the same concept, solid state rotor.

    The race is on...

Thanks Jetjis. I'm adding it shortly.

With Gregs latest there is definitely a two horse race at the moment for most advanced prototype. Keep up the good work. It won't be long before Formula 1 or Nascar are knocking on the doors...
