    Bi filar is proper geometry, see Tesla's thermodynamics about the aether and Faradays contiguous aether particles and lines of induction.

    Eric Dollard also designed a ZPE antenna utilizing the the same shape.

    These are my speculations, tell you this, I made a plate capacitor, it does not charge!

    Now we're getting somewhere.

    I made a new homemade captret but this time much different. I took another pop bottle and cut the top off. placed aluminum foil around the outside and aluminium foil around the inside, completely around. Then made a small strip of aluminum foil and hung it from the top down to the middle.

    To sum it up
    The negative (the outside) is the same size as the captret (around the inside), but the positive is smaller then both and its in middle with the captret foil but not touching it.

    So what happen?
    The battery has 5.39 volts in it, but when you read the negative and the captret(O) it reads 5.41 volts. And of course when you read the - to + of the capacitor it reads 5.39 volts just like whats in the battery.

    It seems we can increase the voltage, kind of like a step up transformer.

    dude, build a bi filar coil with 2 layers of Al.

    What you have is Al cell battery lacking the cathode and the Al anode will be consumed quickly.

    You need ethylene glycol - ionic conducting fluid. Antifree!

    Follow my DIY, can't post pis coz @ work. will do so later.

    Here is my simple home made captret.

    What you need:

    aluminum foil
    pop bottle
    salt
    water

    I have it hooked up to a dead 12 volt battery and the outer case (-) to top positive it is whats inside the battery (5.40 volts) but the outer case to captret connection (o) it is little lower (5.37 volts).

    So i finally figured out how to make a capacitor.

    All you need is 16 ounce pop bottle
    water
    aluminum foil
    salt

    fill the bottle with water and add some salt, make sure to shake it up very well.

    wrap some aluminum foil around the outside of the bottle

    take a strip of aluminum foil and put it in side of the bottle with some sticking out of cap and close the cap with some aluminum foil sticking out. thats your positive and the outside aluminum foil is negative.

    then just add voltage.

    Its not the best in the world but it is a learning experience.

    i rigged up a circuit using a two channel flip flop driven by my function gen

    ill draw it out for ya'll..

    i was able to get two LED's fully bright ( jesus im starting to sound like Tseung here lol )......... with about 15ma draw from the battery.....BUT....the battery wasnt connnected to the main CAP

    the battery (12V ) was driving the flip flop chip......however...they do share a common ground connection.......but DO NOT share a common positive connection....unless of course you include the path through the two mosfets and also the path through the + of cap.....top of cap..and - of cap ( ill draw it out, it will make more sense )

    basically the circuit was... mosfet-1 ON ( which connects LED-1 from + of cap through to TOP of cap ( at the same time mosfet two is OFF)..

    then....mosfet-1 switchs off.....and mosfet-2 switches ON....which connects LED-2 from TOP of cap through to - of cap......and repeat (controlled by the function gen )

    So.. What have we learned?

    What I have learned is exactly what Tesla was saying. He says that you don't need current. You only need a way to induce voltage in a conductor then hook each part to a cap to keep the separation between the two potentials.

    We know from measurements from our experiments that two plates closely wrapped will give a potential difference between them. This is the splitting of the positive concept. Couple that to a load through caps and walla you have a flow of potential. Once the flow is established nature provides the rest. For every action.... <- You get the point....

    So lets take this further now. We know that we need three plates separated by the best dielectric we can get. We know that surface area dictates the force we will get from this. We know this force when used through capacitance will not short out the source and kill the dipole. We know that there is a inductive component that feeds back into the source refueling it.
    We know that the load must be high voltage capable and that it should convert it down to get real power from it, most likely coils. I would also suggest we fit in balanced mass antenna's with different surface area to pull in real charges from the environment.

    So how does that sound so far?

    Thanks Ibpointless for response. At the moment I am trying a 25v 4700uf cap with a 9v battery. Voltage rises to 3.35 and stops. Maybe battery is too weak should try another maybe.

    I've used caps that have 1uf and some that have a voltage as low as 16 volts. The best thing for you to do is gets some caps online, i use mouser.com.

    Yeah putting the name "Free energy" on anything will net you a lot of grief. As we are finding out. Keep going in your experiments. We will find out a way to utilize this effectively and you are exploring all the avenues to get there. Follow your inner voice and go from there it will lead you to where you want to get.
