Thanks for that. The car is not my only dilemma though. My wife is really getting down on me for spending all my time on forum related stuff. She doesn't think I'm actually going to be able to apply this tech in real life for us and is tired of the cash outlay for this work. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with no positive results, so I can't argue with her. The car has been a pain too, but she has a lot of other projects she'd like me to be working on other than this stuff so I am having a time with the pressure at home.

First of all the thing with sonic boiler was to see if that stuff around www really goes in REAL. as I`am totally fresh at least was to, at that moment just pick up egg holders and cut ,snap off the bottom stand, took the 3/4 sphere of stainless steel it was some around 1 to 1.5 mm thick matt finish and when you poke this with finger you can hear a tone like in the bell. Have to cut 1 cm of it to go over another one so it look like on the document we refer to, and start boiling the water I was playing wit this for at least a week an can admit that was great fun at the end the boiler end up in thermos for coffe also stainless steel 1 litre. and I was up to bind this with Tesla turbine when generating steam. but after everybody yelled at me to stop blowing up the fuses on mains I was forced to move on too 12v and start generating hydrogen there was no boiling any more. but was hydrogen hihi. I can make some pictures in late December when I will be at home so far i watch your progress in that field.

Regarding your question I can admit that I did replicate the heater from that document, And I can admit that this thing is something. I did this 2 years ago and from this point I went to a rabbit hole discovering all that things around us.

I understand your pain. it may be a little relief for you if I tell you I'm on worse situation having no own money do not loose hope my friend, I'm going to put any efford on heating topic. It must be the last winter we are heating our homes with this nasty coal burners

Any way I was using stainless steel egg holder bought in large superstore for about 2$ , my model was very poor in assembly I use plastic rod from pen as a main shaft and some rubber spacers for spacing the half spheres I did not tune them just put thing together and submerge in water , I remember that was winter and water start to boil in less than 2 minutes, compare this to custom water boiler that looks like coil with 3 woundings that boil water in about 20 minutes or so, that was run by power from mains 220 v. when I connect the thing the thing to 12 v it was creating hydrogen and oxygen. That thing works and by better construction you can meet better results .

As it seems to me (please those with more knowledge calculating calories, Cop, etc, correct me) but in same time difference is dT = 9 and dP = 0,02kWh

So casual element with 25% more energy, temperature raised 30%
(please tell me if I am wrong)
We can add some percent to Ikea because of start temp diff but not much

So if efficiency gets higher over 100C just leave till boiling and read Watts (not Kwh) from your Powermeter
1)Ikea - read Watts and VA and Pf(power factor), write down W before and after boiling point. (if there is difference just pour in some cold water and read again)
2) Resistance Heater should have PF 1 so W = VA so just read watts at boiling point.

Thank You for sharing, I really dont want to discourage You (or me) but at some point we must do calc. So thank You again for sharing. Just this way we can get somewhere.

Deamonbart claims good results but he does not show us measurements(not that he should, but would be nice)

If his boiler is working like Yours he would be better with resistive heater.
And calculations will be doing power company at the end of month/year.
