I tried putting a spark gap together on the weekend...but having no experience with them....i probably did it wrong..as i was getting no sparks.....will look at it again this weekend....as well as some different grounding solutions that tesla mentions....

That is well done and interesting, did you test to use a permanent magnet across the spark gap? Result?

Yes it seems connected to the Tesla rotating coherers for sure and also related to the neutrino powerred boats by Meyl. Rotation tis a sure trigger to me, nobody speaks about the Tesla rotating coherers, why did he use that and why is it so unknown?

Rotation generally is underestimated I belive, since all aether(including condense matter) consists of counter rotating vortices we should really study the rotating coherer carefully. In a year or two we should be more conclusive about the best design.

Also, Meyl says the OU is not a problem but the regulation of the energy bursts are. The receiver must work with strict On/off functions as the avalanche effect can destroy any device. Maybe if we rotate a device the stability of the effect will be better.

Notice the spark gap and the components, make some adjustments to the circuit and we have a pretty clean dielectric longitudinal wave.

number 1 sounds like Tesla's sensitive device he talks about in one of his patents...i never did understand what he was using that for...but maybe now i do

A quick summary of some late night studies:

1) Electrostatic transfer between anode and cathode with thousands of small spherical beads(dielectric/conducting layers) as the "neutrino receivers" and a dielectric "receiver" at one electrode triggers lots and lots of neutrinos into making electrons and cold electricity, hence splitting water inside the cavity. Even normal DC works out. Is called the Patterson cell, mysteriously disappeared from everywhere on the web(almost) but not the Meyl Scalar waves book - it is a top notch invention based on geometry and materials choices. Claimed OU of 4000.

2) Use the above concept but add a pulsed DC(>10 kHz) signal, take away the electrolyte and use a unipolar high tension voltage with a protective diode against back pulses(>1 kV) like Meyer. Add a spark gap with a strong permanent magnet to blow away all electrons and a spherical cavity for all small beads to rest in. Add acoustic resonance like Puharich suggested.

Now I believe something really will happen in this cell so anyone has the kWhs to put in? He will rise like a saucer to the skies.....

William Crookes (interested in spiritualism) did many experiments with the medium Daniel Douglas Home next to al his other Physics work.
Crookes was so fascinated that he, as a scientist, wanted to measure this "new force". He believed that every human must have this
kind of Physic force. Crookes developed a sensitive "indicator" in order to work without the (strong) force of D.D. Home, in fact this was the
beginning of the radiometer. He had some information from James Emerson Reynolds professor of the Royal Dublin Society who had
constructed a little instrument which would turn to the hand, fire, or another source of heat. [It consisted of a thin slip of deal suspended by a
filament of spiders web and enclosed in a thin glass flask.....] all of this in 1871. After this experiment Crookes was so obsessed by this new
discovered phenomena that he soon constructed many types of radiometers, otheoscopes and did great research of the behavior in vacuum
to eliminate the resistance of air molecules.
In 1876 produced Crookes assistant Charles Henry Gimingham, a skilled glassblower, for the Physicist William Grove the first electrical
radiometer with metal vanes which Crookes developed further into the yet well known form. Geissler however, made better evacuated tubes
due to his own developed vacuum pump which irritated Crookes, his produced electrical radiometers glowed faint due to residual gas.
This was the start of a new race to produce the perfect vacuum sealed in glass. Crookes patented his radiometer on 5 Nov 1875 under patent
number GB 3860. On 13th of may 1876 the Queen opened the Special Loan Exhibition in London, where both Crookes and Geissler showed there
radiometers to the public. William Crookes presented here also his flask with "nothing" (vacuum tube) in which the Queen was not interested....
