Dave, this could be the way to shape it ...pulsed dc is a requirement i think..and also you may have to reverse the electrodes for the cooling set up (principle of polarity )

This reminds me when I tore a couple of car starter solenoids apart to get the coils there was an iron ring around the solenoid for this field to run in but it was split to stop the field from completing its path.
This is what they call lenz, we are trying to prevent lenz when we should be trying to tie into it.

Yea I thought about an electrostatic charge on the screen,
Another thought maybe a setup like this

Where the copper wire points in towards the coil,
what if we froze the water without any field, since ice is a dielectric the electric field would move into the copper wires and conducted to the outside of the cell.
If we can tie into this field things are going to start to happen.

The copper still didnt seem to attract the field, Im missing something, I wonder if I used dc instead of ac.

This is air core, I wonder what a hollow ferrite core would do.
Maybe intensify the magnetic field thereby intensifying the electric field, I believe the bands that are surrounding the coil is the electric field.

The new cell is in, I didnt use screen this time I used copper wire wound a few times, its connected to ground rod.

The only way that makes any sense if I ground the screen then I'll have to hook the aluminum plate to the antenna.

I hope this thing doesn't start transmitting I really don't want the FAA or whoever at my door.

If the FAA shows up just hold one side of the ice and make slurping noise while holding the grounding rod like a straw...just look at them and say, "What!!!! so I like alot of ice..."
