The new cell is in, I didnt use screen this time I used copper wire wound a few times, its connected to ground rod.
We'll see

The only way that makes any sense if I ground the screen then I'll have to hook the aluminum plate to the antenna.

I hope this thing doesn't start transmitting I really don't want the FAA or whoever at my door.

The syringe looks like a good idea for the core, if we could get it in the core, ya know clear tubing would work too

I started another cell, waiting for the silicon to dry.

The rings around the coil have me bugged they didnt seem attracted to iron screen or the copper screen, it was almost like the screens were in the way and the rings were avoiding them.

Well if you cant beat em surround them, I wonder if I screened the whole length of the container , maybe if I grounded the screen too,but that really doesn't make sense.

Thanks. I believe what ride along on sun light can be transferred with a copper wire to anywhere else needed. It is not magnetic and it is not electric. See agricultural section for sucessfull experiment by guruji:

I think kirlian show more about characteristic of water resistance to high voltage. On other test, mountain water should have been the best.

Sea water will only boost temporarily. Prolonged use can kill the plants and the land. Laboratory test should be done in years, not months.

I placed the lead against the freezer an yes you guessed it .54 when the compressor kicked in
Well we live and learn that wont happen again.
Back to the drawing board I'll never give up.

Im not so sure it was the lead, when I opened the fridge the cell was all busted up, I know ice expands but Iv never had this happen and Iv froze this same cell many many times.

Ok I noticed that one of my meter leads was touching the freezer after I moved the lead I got no pulse when the compressor kicked in
My bad
Unless the cracking I heard in the cell broke the connection.

The freezer is a chest type so I have all my leads coming out with the lid shut on the leads so I can monitor the cell without opening the freezer.

Well I was out there for about 15 min and the compressor never kicked in but there are some weird noises coming from the freezer like the ice is expanding, I havent opened the freezer this morning, hell Im almost afraid to

Something I did do when I hooked up the amp meter I put a water hose on the grounding rod so maybe Im getting a better ground.
