This confirms (one of many confirmations) what bearden/bedini have been saying about "the spike". When we average values over time -- it seems "normal/linear" -- but during short impulses, we have non-linear situations happening on a small scale.

Iv changed the cell around a little, I drilled a hole in the side bottom so the lead to the aluminum plate comes out at the bottom, waiting for the silicon to dry now.
Here's an attachment of the new cell, I put it in attachment form because the pic is so small you cant read it if I just insert it as an image.

With the positive current flowing and dissipating in the outer rings and the electrons moving through the center core we will have created a sink an electron well.
It should cause an avalanche of negative electrons through the core and into the aluminum plate

Kinda strange the rings seem to form down to the copper screen then stopped almost like it was repelled at first I thought the copper screen was conducting the positive current and thats why they had stopped at the screen but in retrospect I think it was repelled, anyway Im going to put another cookie in the oven tonight.

I just realized positive current likes iron, Im going to use iron screen, its galvanized, even better zinc

I noticed the copper screen didn't seem to attract the rings surrounding the coil that's when it hit me, iron.

Im still going to hook the iron screen to an antenna and the aluminum plate to ground

It seems the screen didnt have the effect I wanted, also freezeing the cell without the aluminum plate grounded didnt make the connection.
I wonder if I connected the screen to an antenna and the plate to ground, would it make the connections wanted, will give it a try.

Glad someone is taking interest Im using one coil low voltage ac , I uploaded a drawing.
I havent had a chance to play with the cell since I put the copper screen in all my battery's are dead, charging now.
Something Iv notice this thing seems to draw energy from whatever its connected to, might be good to try an antenna.

After the cell is froze I hooked it up to a high voltage setup I hurriedly made, pulsing into one side of the coil, I had a spark gap on both sides of the coil firing into one wire would fire from the other wire back to my positive lead, but something I noticed if I put a ground wire close to the wire coming from the aluminum plate it would jump from the plate to the ground wire before it would jump to the positive pole, like the easiest path was through the structured ice.

My electronic skills are nil at best, I hope someone with more knowledge would take an interest in this.

Im currently using a Smith (caduceus) type coil, I would be interested to see if a normal coil would do the same.
The Smith coil I made isnt the normal coil you see in the illustrations.

Iv been playing with a toroid I made but havent had very good results yet, so I switched back to a solenoid type coil, its easier to see whats going on, ultimately a toroid will probably be the way to go, after we understand whats going on.

Now the setup that I had before didnt have the copper screen in, and the aluminum plate was grounded while the ice froze.
I pulsed the new cell with the screen in a couple of times before my battery went completely dead and was getting some interesting results will let you guys know.

This might sound a bit crazy but MonsieurM and I were discussing how you could theoretically mix puled dc and ac to create a resonating helix that much resembles a DNA helix. If we are correct about the behavior once they resonate then the mixture could behave much like a superconductor. If you have realized how to structure ice then you could also learn how to super-structure it. Just a thought.

I know your thinking I cant have a spark gap on both sides of my coil and get the gap to fire, what I did was use the spark plug, connected the wire coming into the coil to the outside of the spark plug, it works.

A picture, or a circuit diagram here would be very useful. The configuration I'm thinking of right now is essentially a short circuit across the spark gap? Can you clairify what your setup is?

I can think of using several different coils to produce a ring of structured water inside (like a bowl, or bucket). (structured ice torrid, insulated in non-conducting water?)

I'm going to the thrift shop and hardware store tomorrow, hang in there

WOAH. So the number 12000 popped up in its 'etheric disassociation' frequency, AND the number of volts?

This vortex property reminds me a lot of another russell diagram I once saw...

If so then we are getting a dielectric breakdown because ice is nonconducting, but I think its the structure, I put my meter leads into the exposed ice and was not getting high voltage.

Iv got an idea for the toroid, what I want to do is wind three coils onto the toroid the coils would be wound
first wind cw
second wind ccw
repetitively
use a distributor from a six cylinder vehicle and fire the coils, if you ran one wind to a distributor wire and the oposite wind to the next distributor wire you could fire the coil first in one direction and then fire the same coil in the other direction, the coils wound like this are a bifilar type arrangement.
Not sure how you could harvest energy from the ice core of a toroid, but it would make a superconducting ring
