    Not frequency, but signal sharpness, abrupt switching, fast signal fall time. I believe joule thief produce headache because of dull switching.

    My corona maker run under 1000Hz, my sleeping aid run between 2KHz to above audible, it still produce nice feeling...

    Adding connection to a bucket of water also help. Must not connected to ground. Connect it to output positive. This will not only produce more good effect for health, this also increase circuit output.

    I don't know what you mean by less BEMF, I found that there is sweet spot, where the circuit have the best COP. So I always tweak potentimeter to get max output. Is not always at the minimum or maximum, it is usually in between.

    I and Godfrey had attached stingo on our bed everynight for the last few months now. For sleeping aid.

    I am certain that I can use stingo to produce headache too. It change with how you connect the secondary, or where you connect terminal . If you seen my last stingo motor video, that is also an attempt to produce extreme headache, and it did if I turn it clock wise. Not for free energy research though.

    The way you connect the HV part really concern me:
    "one end of the L2 coil to the base of the NPN transistor."

    I consider that connection may produce headache. I will prefer to connect on end of L2 coil to the positive of source battery. This is my feeling when I did experiment with car coil as corona maker.

    While I still had 12V battery, I run stingo on my office as long as the battery last for two weeks. 4 of my friend mention good smeel, good feeling. There are mass flues infection that time. Seems to not infect my part . If the corona maker was durable, I would keep using it.


    Stingo or any other electronic circuit can produce good and bad effect, please be carefull.

    I know, my point is I read that some UPS manufacturer boasting that their line up produce better sine wave. I forget why that is necessary.

    I read that heater work best with AC. Maybe inverter with square wave will produce much greater heat than sine wave. your solder is better test I guess, because there is no thermostat there.

    See if you can compare the heat too... thanks .

    the most often 15 W solder iron, and 15 W is also value of that testing
    bulb in my pictures...

    But i suppose electric iron is a big consumer, what do you expect of that

    Hi Guy's, Here is a pic of a rough tower coil I whipped up last night. It has three joins. I made it from an old quadfilar coil. If it works good i'll wind a much better one.



    It's 450 turns .5 mm wire The primary is 13 turns 1 mm wire I have two of those if I need them.

    I plan to use a stingo with it's transistors mounted on this heat sink- And pulse a car coil, then put the HV through the 13 turn primary around the base of the tower.Bottom wire from the tower will go to ground the top one should be hot. For lights. I hope.

    Nope, it's not possible to oscillate a bifilar coil, at least with my limited testing. Not enough inductance.

    It depends on the coil. I have only seen up to about 30khz with my power stingos. I saw higher frequencies with my low power stingo.

    It also depends on the geometry of the coil. A standard helix coil would be the worst for rf, a toroid sould be better, a bifilar toroid might be the best, if it's possible to oscillate a bifilar coil. I should try.

    You should build experiment and see if it gives you a headache... Mine never have.
