If you listened at one point he says the voltage is also 74vdc which was during normal operation or conventional discharging. So I am not sure why that is a problem. If you have a technical question that I can understand I will do my best to answer it. What is the question?

Let's lay out the machine first. Ebike has motor running at 5 amps and 75vdc approx (without splitting hairs) then lexan boxes in the back end capable of holding 24 coils using both side only has 3 coils send energy back to the batteries. I hope this clears things up. Other consideration for conversion are not discussed as this is standard practice for those who are skilled in the art. "Skilled in the art" someone who half-azzed knows what he is looking at.

ReGenX has already gone into production in 2020 according to Thane.

When generating conventionally the rotor slows way down and draws an extra 700mw while the output collects 225mw. Upon moving the connection over a few terminals I get twice the brightness on the light the rotor draw drops 700mw still sending 250mw to the load.

The rotor hasn’t changed since he got the machine. It was drawing 12 amps when he took it to work on it. The rotor was rubbing the coil holder. When I got it back it was drawing 17. So gave it back to him and he took it all apart and found some magnets had been put in backwards. He had it running on the power supply before he went into the hospital and was determined to get the amp draw back down to 12 where I had it.

He shortened the shaft by almost 12”, realigned the bearings. Did all kinds of stuff before he got sick. I THOUGHT there would be an improvement. So far it doesn’t look like it. I can live with 20 amps at 24 volts, but it’s more than what I claimed the input is, so that bugs me. Especially when he showed a video of it running on the 13 amp power supply with all 12 coils in place.

Those are 300 watt bulbs in that video. Each one wired to a pair of coils. The machine would blow two 100 watt bulbs wired in series.

Greyland told me last night that the machine is drawing 20 amps ................ I could swear he had it down to 14 and was trying to get it to 12 or less. Because the power supply he was using only put out "13 amps" and he was running it on that power supply. ( I figured the power supply was putting out a bit more than its rated 13 amps or his meter was a bit off, but either way, it WAS running on the power supply. That was the goal. Get it to run on the power supply, and then get it to run on even less.

If I am not mistaken the new rotor is a little bit heavier so the amps might go up. Here is my favorite vid
That thing is not bad on hertz probably 150hz being a 5 pole at 3600-4000rpm's. In the video's sounds like rotor slap like dangerous as hell. Plz install guard so I can rest during the show. This video does not have that sound. I thought the conference was cancelled?

These are a whole bunch of videos I NEVER shared before. WHY? Because they were all FAILURES. There are dozens and dozens of videos I took of UNSUCCESSFUL attempts to speed up under load. Times when it was working and when I went to film it, it didn't work. It took me forever to figure out that the LEAST little drop in battery voltage could mess me up, or the coil I was attempting to use wouldn't work at the RPM I was running at. Anyway, I am in the process, late at night when I am so tired all I want to do is sit in my chair and watch a movie, of putting ALL the videos I have on my YouTube channel. Once they are all there, I will go back and edit them so they are public and can be searched for. Right now, you must have the correct link to view them.

You will see there are at least THREE different configurations of the machine in these videos, as I learned more and modified my design to address problems in the old one. Most of the machines shown here do NOT have magnetic neutralization. When Greyland and I build the version for the conference that he will be starting on in a week or so. I WON'T have to wind new coils, which is the hardest part of putting together a new machine because I can use the ones I have ALREADY. But I MIGHT wind a couple 60 strand coils because they have TEN possible combinations. I just hate to think of the time it will take to do that, but I have two 12 strand ferrite core coils to try, and if those work, I might just go for it.

You have not shown the kind of details that Thane has in video format so no one really knows what your machine would be like. I don't hold that against you everyone is different.

The only difference between the basic machine and my BIG machine is the big machine has a larger rotor with two sets of magnets on it and the opposition magnets align with the second set of magnets that is farther out on the rotor. The principles are the same. The parts are the same. The coils are the same.

This is a ReGenX type generator however Thane Heins uses 20-24 pole magnet rotors running often at 3600 rpm. Frequency test 300hz no 60hz devices will operate properly all AC produced needs to be rectified using fast acting diode bridge and capacitor of the proper sizing then a buck converter will effectively power led lamps or any dc device of your choosing. The simple solution is to use a single phase VFD A.K.A. Variable Frequency Drive bypassing the input stage which just rectifies 60HZ 120VAC then the drive can set the frequency. VFD's are very cheap. So let's say I built a tag along generator for camping trips with 10 coils and 20 magnet poles. The device would be no bigger than a small 3000watt gasoline model but instead I would be happy to get 1000watts and self running. I have also decided that shorter cores, less wire and larger magnets will be best. I have learned that one output per coil and core is best as power divides.

Yes I am talking about the conference being cancelled because of Covid. It is a possibility. I don’t think the virus will be “gone” by July. We have no idea even what % of our population has been infected and won’t know until we have adequate testing. That is still MONTHS away. It won’t go away until you can stop the spread. You can’t stop the spread until you know who has it. You can’t know who has it until everyone can be tested. You can’t test people until you have enough tests. And you think it will go away in a couple months? Do you really imagine we can, in a couple months, manufacture enough tests to test everyone in the US, test everyone, and confine those who test positive to keep them from spreading it? Logically, that is an impossibility. Because the only way to stop the spread is to isolate those who have it. Until that happens, those who have it and have no symptoms will just continue to spread it.

When you have many strands on your coil like YOU do, some interesting things can happen that you should think about. Increasing the capacitance of the coil allows you to outrun Lenz. Your rotor magnet gets to TDC before the Lenz reaction takes place. But what if, at that point, you add MORE winds or MORE length to the coil? The Lenz reaction is delayed so long that your rotor magnet is far PAST TDC.

So, if you had a North magnet approaching the coil and the coil created a North magnet at TDC it pushed the North magnet away in the direction of rotation. That is a push directly AT the magnet from the coil. Like butting heads. If it happens after the magnet has gone past, it is a push from behind. Like an explosion happened right behind you. If the magnet has gone FAR enough past and it happens, it also attracts the approaching SOUTH magnet. So interesting things happen.

Unless you are having trouble delivering? I did hear what you wrote. My guess is coils running static fields with such high resistance values show things you can not easily pick up on when using the low resistance types you run. The counter opposing magnets will not only balance against core attraction but also static field build up combined.

I will now comment on these generators. These machines do not produce 60hz ac voltage. You can no power anything with them we use in our homes today. You could use a VFD bypass the input stage and ffed the cap bank directly then the output could be controlled. Set it at 50hz or 60hz. Most of the military and aircraft stuff uses generators with 24 poles, this produces 400hz. 4 poles are what we use to make 60hz power. If you hook an led bulb to a 200-300hz genhead like ours the diodes will block and waste half the energy. If you connect an incandescent rated at 60hz strange stuff can happen to it. The only way you will ever get a fair shake of power conversion is to rectify 400hz ac voltage using ultra fast recovery diodes in a bridge. Anything 60hz will never do you justice and will die fast. You will double and triple your collection of energy of power coming off your generator. Once DC you can go from there. There is much work to do. enjoy and most of all never give up.

BTW my induction drive motor is 1625 rpm max. Tonight I have been energetic and brain storming. I took the generator up to around 1400 rpm and found the null at tenth pin. 4 more lights will be tested to see if each one of the 10 pin rails can power all 5 at once.

Notation to Dave. Disconnected pin 25 to split the full winding in half while running and the rotor started speeding up fast. Dramatic increase. Donno why this happens, thinking.

All I have said except individual coil output YOU have proved is possible, and yet people still want proof. It is laughable.

By the way, I already said that if the conference gets cancelled, I would make a video showing inputs and outputs.

Greyland is making one tonight with four coils on the machine running 400 watts of load. The input will be between 300-380 watts, so nothing special, but you and I know there is hardly any increase in input when more coils are added and more load is added. That’s the fun part.

It won't be cancelled, it has never been cancelled so what are you talking about? Covid19? May st the country opens and by July no one is going to even mention a pandemic.
