With respect to the fiberglass stator, I have been considering how to build one and was considering the distance from the outside diameter of the rotor to the stator wiring. Will the distance of 4.5mm (air gap plus the stator construction material) at any given point around the motor be ok and not to far away.
The rotor diameter I'm thinking of using is 60mm.
I noticed on the video your rotor seems to have a bit of room to move in the fiberglass stator as you put the rotor in the stator, with that play and the thickness of the fiberglass there may be an even greater distance than 4.5mm but it's a bit hard to tell for sure.
And just wondering what diameter your rotor is in the video.

    Thanks netica
    Hello Netica!

Geez, I was looking for a ruler or tool to measure...can't find it right now...But my air gap is too big, by "Eye measure" I would say it is around 3 to 4 mm space on each side...that is too big...however it works...But You know that, the smaller the gap, the better the performance of machine...
But My fiber is not too thick on the inner-outer walls...somewhere around 3 mm meaning the center cylinder...The fins are thicker to stand the pulls...

Now I am gonna make it also in Aluminum...I got the metal, is just cutting and Mig Welding (tacking)...

The other thing I wanna do is make a small little stator for one of this R/S Motors...in plastic...or fiber...whatever...just to play at smaller scale model...see how much Radiant I get out...

    Warm Regards friend

Thanks for all your continued contributions.

We will have some honest replications and test results documented and videoed soon.

It is very clear from your demonstration videos of replicated motors you have discovered something substantial to contribute to the motor/generator world.

It does not take a rocket scientist to observe that.

Stay healthy my friend and keep up the great work!

      • Solid state pulse

I'm about to build a primary coil for a solid state pulser when my big FETs arrive tomorrow, mind making some suggestions?

I have about 1600 feet of 24awg that I want to make into a good coil for very short pulse widths, you mention using parallel wound-parallel connected giving better results than parallel wound-series connection?

I would like to get around the capacitor-coil pair for my primary by using series connections. Using multiple parallel wires (2 or 3 if possible) to increase wire surface area and reduce the skin effect. Is this the direction I should be heading? A 2-3 parallel strands, all parallel wound into a 2-3 layer bifilar series connection coil, high inductance coil, low loss (air/plastic,etc..) core, 1-2Ohms.
I'm up for experimentation, but if you would kindly, help me in my assumptions(don't spell that one out please ) it would be a huge help.

I know how we all like pictures.

Not sure how to get it to show up in the post.

4 FETs on the heat sync, oscillator will piggy back between the FETs, that's the current plan anyway.

In the meantime I will be reading Eric Dollard's - Four Quadrant Energy Exchange in Magnetic and Dielectric Fields of Induction. It has been really good so far, and if you read between the equations, you really will find some very pleasant words from a very bright man. Thank you again, Ufopolitics.

        best wishes,
        matt

Electronic inverters replaced these devices after WW2. Tested using two 12V batteries (24V), the unit produced 220V and still works well

            • Great news

I found a way to make the modification pretty easy without changing the shaft length and without changing the body of the engine at all.

I extracted the collector from another motor, and it will be located outside the body at the other side relative to the original collector at the motor. Under the bearings i will made cuts in the shaft where the wires will pass thru and directly come out of the motor where the collector will be. The space will be somewhat critical but might work. I could even use the shaft as one of the connections...

All the work must be done at thinking of the center axis of rotation to keep it aligned.

My outside collector will be than fixed by a nut into a screw axis coming from the center axis of the shaft.. Thus i can change the angles if required...

A mechanical friend who helped me with this idea is going to make the cuts with a milling machine in the shaft for me and the adaptor for the collector with a mechanical lathe...

I do not understand your comment...could you be more explicit?

That sounds pretty good, some work there though...

You should be working on a big Machine in order to do all that...right?

                  • Ufopolitics RS5P Commutator Alignment Suggestion

Here is a suggestion for aligning the commutators on the Ufopolitics RS5P.

                    RS5P = Radio Shack 5 Pole Motor

Closeup View (Due to the angle of the camera, the needle appears to be slightly off through the armature but it is aligned)

Use Super Glue Gel once you are ready to lock it in. There are some nice dispensers that allow you to control the delivery of the glue out now.

                    0. Tape a needle as shown on the right commutator.

                    1. Align both commutators up.

                    2. Slide back commutator that does not have the needle attached.

                    3. Apply a dot of crazy glue to the spindle/armature area.

                    4. Slide commutator flush with armature.

                    5. Rotate commutator to align it.

                    6. Without removing tape & needle you can slide back the commutator.

                    7. Apply a dot of crazy glue to the spindle/armature area.

                    8. Slide commutator flush with armature.

                    9. Rotate commutator to align it.

                    10. Allow to dry.

                    IndianaBoys

                      • BTW I think one of the strongest confirmations I've seen here of the validity of the info UFO is presenting here is the simple fact that Michael John Nunnerley has expressed a positive interest in this thread. I believe MJN's understanding of such info is so much better than most that I don't believe he would be even posting here if there was not some very valuable and valid info here. Not trying to put MJN on a pedestal but I truly value his opinions and his deeper level of understanding. Hopefully I didn't make anyone blush Just telling it the way I see it.

                          • Important Issue Occurred On This Thread

To ALL Members Participating on this Thread,

I am going to expose here an issue that has occur related to one of the Members of this Forum and very positive contributor to my thread here as also in my first one .

His name as member here is PROCHIRO, and his signature name is Dana.

If We all go back "in time" to previous comments, He has never rendered here any offensive or contradicting posts-comments that could violate any of this site Policies. However, Member Prochiro has been banned from logging in much less to render any more comments.

If We ALL look back at all his posts (simple operation by just visiting His Profile here, and review "all comments rendered by member name")
You will find out that all His comments, besides NOT Violating any of Forum Policies, but on the contrary, has always been positive, instructive as helping others members here in their replications testing, etc...all along his history.

As I am writing this letter, I will be also addressing the Owners-Creators-Founders of this great site related to this specific issue presented here.

I am just with the hope this Banning of Member Prochiro will be a miss-understanding and it could be solved as soon as possible.

I will appreciate any Member here, that has seen All My Work Displayed here, and think it is been -so far- helpful to others as to the benefit of our Sciences and to the specific fields of Technology they related to...

To please help me get Prochiro back again with Us here.

I really appreciate your help on this particular , yet important issue.

                            Sincerely Yours

Thanks IB. I'm moving on after finishing the 3 pole motor, and have the second commutator on a nice little 12 volt stator. Wasn't sure how to secure the commutator in place. That needle idea's pretty sharp too .

                              Re. Prochiro/Dana
I have found Prochiro/Dana to be a positive, morally supportive presence on this and other UFO forum threads. He has freely contributed much knowledge and has been very encouraging and civil - as I can attest from personally benefiting by his helpful comments, and from seeing those he has shared with others. His contributions have definitely helped move the progress of this thread and its members' builds forward in a positive manner. I would consider it a significant loss to our community were he to be barred permanently from this forum.
