South is voltage North is amperage
If my supposition is true, looking at a tank circuit one side of the capacitor should be voltage and the other side should be amperage and should alternate as the tank oscillates.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, makes me think
I believe we need to isolate the primary on both ends, the spark gap does this effectively on the input side this stops the voltage bemf from returning to the source and forces it into the secondary but the current bemf will still follow the path out of the coil if not isolated also, I hope you are following me so far.
Im not good with electronics and this can probably be improved, or maybe even accomplished in a different configuration
but will give you and idea of what needs to be done on the primary side.
I would be interested in any alternative circuits to accomplish this task

Good job Dave ! I think that electric field is a propeller for electrons and magnetic fields are a limiting factor. Simply as that we have much more fields in action then explained in books. Two fields are free in space (EM wave) and two are bounded to electrons (Don Smith idea of electrons flipping, electrons being also Ed Leedscalnin magnets)

The homopolar motor or generator support this analogy, if you pull off one side you get amps on the other voltage, if one field is cancelled as in the N machine you get all amps and no voltage.

They say voltage and current are potential and flow, but my observations say this is not true, they are opposite sides of the same coin.
Opposite and distinct from one another, one propagates with a ccw flow and one with a cw flow.

Excellent conclusions, however, look at Voltage and Amperage as Parameters that measure the same exact thing ...but, at different "Points, Areas and Sections"...Both Parameters measure Electron Flow, Voltage measure the difference in flow between a Start Point A and an Ending Point B. Which We also call "Potential" as the resulting difference.So an inductor not only stores energy in its magnetic field but also separates the voltage and amperage.
The Amperage measures the "Population" of electrons at a given (tested) section of the circuit...
Therefore Voltage compares difference in distance, of Electronic Population between two ends of such given distance.
Amperage measures also Electronic Population, but in a single cross section of a given conductor.
Voltage is a Dynamic Measurement, it comprehends the "race" of electrons from point A to Point B through time.
Amperage is a Static Measurement of a single cross section of conductor, where "Time must be stopped, paused"
If we use an inductor to draw energy from, it will draw energy from the source, a spark gap stops the inductor from drawing from the source, then it draws from the aether, but only for a moment, its the inductors resistance to change that makes it draw from the aether.
A magnet has no power source so when energy is drawn from the magnet it draws from the aether, we have been drawing energy from the aether all along using magnets.
I am just a layman not a scientist my intention from the start has been to understand the mechanics involved.

Yes...that's it Dave...we all have been doing just that...all along , pulling energy from the Aether through the Magnetic Fields, whether from Permanent Magnets or Coils, Inductors, transformers, Motor-Generator Coils,Fields...I mean...the works, the wires...the Magnetic Patterns in general in any shape, any form...all do it differently...but all "do it" in the end...
The "Induction" as per Faraday...was just a "Method, a Process" to pull electricity from a Magnetic Field...Where the movement, the positioning, the directions...were just part of that "Process"...
And the Permanent Magnet...was just the "Transitioning-Negotiator Agent"...in the "Transaction"...
When You simply pass that conductor in front of a magnetic field...it creates an "Unbalance" in the Magnet...because of an electrical drain, draw to conductor...it "Minus" the magnetic field...then the Aether replaces it "ISO-facto", immediately response reaction...same in a Pulsed-Shorted Coil...that creates that same "unbalance" that triggers the Radiant Field..

In a gas discharge, such as a fluorescent lamp, current causes resistance to decrease. This is because as more electrons and ions flow through a particular area, they bump into more atoms, which frees up electrons, creating more charged particles.
