Look at part number CN20-12-08G A bit bigger in diameter than the 3/4 inch cores I am using now, but stack them and glue them together and add a piece of plastic on each end and you have a coil bobbin. The hole in the center lets you put a bolt through for winding wire on them, and allows air to flow through the center for cooling. I haven't tried them yet, but have enough on order to do a couple cores. Will keep you posted.

As for Heins, this poor little company called Hillcrest Energy ( HEAT) is trying to get Heins's tech 3rd party tested.
They have lined up a well known generator manufacturer and will pay for testing but Thane won't have the testing done.
He knows (Thane) that the testing company will just make mincemeat of him.

Dude you have made one very large mistake. First of all I do not trust anyone who is in a position of power, CEO or King tut.
2nd big mistake is that the testing is already been done right in front of your eyes and you or others can't see it so sending this all out to a lab must be the answer.

3rd you bought a dirt digger

and told stories about starting a build for this project. The basic tests you do not understand.
I hope you are not an engineer. If you are an engineer that blends alfalfa with corn I will understand.

It is a no brainer to see or understand that motors slow down when generating and that our designs do the opposite. 6th grade levels of perception unless you have already made of your mind in advance.

it’s alive. it’s just a basic pulse motor at this stage but runs ok. the drive coil has a ferrite core that attracts the rotor magnets on approach then it energises and repels the rotor magnets after tdc.
me frequency meter says it’s currently topping out at 65 hz so 2 magnet stacks on the rotor makes 32.5 rps x 60=1950 rpm at 12 v input. with a 9 cm diameter that makes 33 km/h at the perimeter/magnets currently.
i’m thinkin i want a bifilar coil( easier to recycle spike energy), and a larger one than the little choke i got on it.

Also here Thane talk about how output of this generator coil is 400hz and would need to be changed to a 60hz. Yes you would or you would not know how much power you have unit this power can be properly measured with these meters.
