  • What is a Sufi? Strictly speaking, every seeker after the ultimate truth is really a Sufi, whether he calls himself that or not. But as he seeks truth according to his own particular point of view, he often finds it difficult to believe that others, from their different points of view, are yet seeking the same truth, and always with success, though to a varying degree. That is in fact the point of view of the Sufi and it differs from others only in its constant endeavor to comprehend all others as within itself. It seeks to realize that every person, following his own particular line in life, nevertheless fits into the scheme of the whole and finally attains not only his own goal, but the one final goal of all.
Hence every person can be called a Sufi either as long as he is seeking to understand life, or as soon as he is willing to believe that every other human being will also find and touch the same ideal. When a person opposes or hinders the expression of a great ideal, and is unwilling to believe that he will meet his fellow men as soon as he has penetrated deeply enough into every soul, he is preventing himself from realizing the unlimited. All beliefs are simply degrees of clearness of vision. All are part of one ocean of truth. The more this is realized the easier is it to see the true relationship between all beliefs, and the wider does the vision of the one great ocean become.

What is the Sufi's belief regarding the coming of a World Teacher, or, as some speak if it, the "Second Coming of Christ?" The Sufi is free from beliefs and disbeliefs, and yet gives every liberty to people to have their own opinion. There is no doubt that if an individual or a multitude believe that a teacher or a reformer will come, he will surely come to them. Similarly, in the case of those who do not believe that any teacher or reformer will come, to them he will not come. To those who expect the Teacher to be a man, a man will bring the message; to those who expect the Teacher to be a woman, a woman must deliver it. To those who call on God, God comes. To those who knock at the door of Satan, Satan answers. There is an answer to every call ( Wunjo – Rune Meaning | Rune Secrets ) . To a Sufi the Teacher is never absent, whether he comes in one form or in a thousand forms he is always one to him, and the same One he recognizes to be in all, and all Teachers he sees in his one Teacher alone. For a Sufi, the self within, the self without, the kingdom of the earth, the kingdom of heaven, the whole being is his teacher, and his every moment is engaged in acquiring knowledge. For some, the Teacher has already come and gone, for others the Teacher may still come, but for a Sufi the Teacher has always been and will remain with him forever. ( through your Soul )

The Sufi Message of Hazrat Inayat Khan in 14 volumes. Volume 2: The Mysticism of Sound, Music, The Power of the Word, Cosmic Language.

Every motion that springs forth from this silent life is a vibration and a creator of vibrations. Within one vibration are created many vibrations; as motion causes motion so the silent life becomes active in a certain part, and creates every moment more and more activity, losing thereby the peace of the original silent life. It is the grade of activity of these vibrations that accounts for the various planes of existence. These planes are imagined to differ from one another, but in reality they cannot be entirely detached and made separate from one another. The activity of vibrations makes them grosser, and thus the earth is born of the heavens.

( same process when inventing .... from thought to invention )

The mineral, vegetable, animal and human kingdoms are the gradual changes of vibrations, and the vibrations of each plane differ from one another in their weight, breadth, length, color, effect, sound and rhythm. Man is not only formed of vibrations, but he lives and moves in them; they surround him as the fish is surrounded by water, and he contains them within him as the tank contains water. His different moods, inclinations, affairs, successes and failures, and all conditions of life depend upon a certain activity of vibrations, whether these be thoughts, emotions or feelings. It is the direction of the activity of vibrations that accounts for the variety of things and beings. This vibratory activity is the basis of sensation and the source of all pleasure and pain; its cessation is the opposite of sensation. All sensations are caused by a certain grade of activity of vibration.

      Reaching enlightenment

Nasreddin was walking in the bazaar with a large group of followers. Whatever Nasreddin did, his followers immediately copied. Every few steps Nasreddin would stop and shake his hands in the air, touch his feet and jump up yelling "Hu Hu Hu!". So his followers would also stop and do exactly the same thing.
One of the merchants, who knew Nasreddin, quietly asked him: "What are you doing my old friend? Why are these people imitating you?"
"I have become a Sufi Sheikh," replied Nasreddin. "These are my Murids (spiritual seekers); I am helping them reach enlightenment!"
"How do you know when they reach enlightenment?"
"That’s the easy part! Every morning I count them. The ones who have left – have reached enlightenment!"

European and Western folk tales, literary works and pop culture

Some Nasreddin tales also appear in collections of Aesop's fables. The miller, his son and the donkey is one example.[27] Others are The Ass with a Burden of Salt (Perry Index 180) and The Satyr and the Traveller.

In some Bulgarian folk tales that originated during the Ottoman period, the name appears as an antagonist to a local wise man, named Sly Peter. In Sicily the same tales involve a man named Giufà.[28] In Sephardi Jewish[29] culture, spread throughout the Ottoman Empire, there is a character that appears in many folk tales named Djohá.[30][31]

While Nasreddin is mostly known as a character from short tales, whole novels and stories have later been written and an animated feature film was almost made.[32] In Russia Nasreddin is known mostly because of the novel "Tale of Hodja Nasreddin" written by Leonid Solovyov (English translations: "The Beggar in the Harem: Impudent Adventures in Old Bukhara," 1956, and "The Tale of Hodja Nasreddin: Disturber of the Peace," 2009[33]). The composer Shostakovich celebrated Nasreddin, among other figures, in the second movement (Yumor, 'Humor') of his Symphony No. 13. The text, by Yevgeny Yevtushenko, portrays humor as a weapon against dictatorship and tyranny. Shostakovich's music shares many of the 'foolish yet profound' qualities of Nasreddin's sayings listed above .[citation needed]

        • you know those numbers are also fractal contructs ....

a fractal construct has an 'efficient function', it has a fractal ergonomy to them, they function on multiple levels and in multiple dimensions:

          Gematria by HannaH

The 5th Century B.C. trading empire of the Eastern Mediterranean Phoenicians saw the appearance of a writing mode in which alphabetical letters served as numbers. Even at this early date, however, its roots were lost in the mists of time. From this base evolved the Hebraic and later Greek systems of Gematria. Both had reached a high degree of development by the 3rd Century B.C.

These alpha-numeric alphabets exhibited qualities and inter-relationships for which there is no logical intention. Yet an entire symbolic teaching evolved around them which incorporated the principles of number, form, sound and astronomy. Only number combinations and figures could be utilized to express this knowledge. Today, we view numbers as merely an expression of quantity. To the ancients, every number had its own character and identity; a place in an arithmetic chain that leads from one dimension of understanding to another.

This extraordinary system of arithmetic, or concealed geometry, form the link between the languages of literature and mathematics. With this knowledge, ancient literature, metrology and Sacred Geometry can be viewed with new eyes. With numbers, alphabetical cryptography becomes the law. Biblical numbers and structure dimensions become alphabetical statements. The WORD (number) becomes FLESH (dimensional) for numbers are words.

Number 65 Symbolism, 65 Meaning and Numerology

          Properties of the number 6

Represent the imperfection, the sin, the Evil, according to the Bible. But it is also the number of the test, the work and the servitude in the Hebraic law, which ordered to work during six days, to sow the earth during six years and that a slave serves his master during six years.

Number of the "man-animal", the man "with a tail", still having his passions, being nonconscious of his divinity. But it is also considered as being quite simply the number of the man because it is the sixth day that God created the human couple (Gn 1,26).

Perfect number, according to Thibaut Of Langres. Our Lord was conceived on the sixth day, was born at the sixth age of the world and was crucified on the sixth day - the eighth age corresponding to the beatitude which will follow the resurrection of the bodies. Origen specifies that 6 is the symbol of the passion of the Christ who suffered the sixth day. According to Euclid, 6 is also the first perfect number because it is equal to the sum of its aliquot parts. Let us mention that the four other perfect numbers that follow are 28, 496, 8128 and 33550336.

Thibaut Of Langres attributes also this number to Venus, that is to say the fecundity because 6 is the product of the first even number by the first odd and that it is considered that all even number are female and all odd are male.

Its form is a continuous curve without angle, without line. It is the total love. It is almost spiral, it is on the point of going towards the infinity. 6 is also the form of the foetus in gestation (see Og ) . ..... Tom Jones - It's not unusual - YouTube

The catch of Jericho by Joshua was done in six days. (Jos 6, 11-14)

The six degrees that had the throne of Solomon (1 K 10,19) and the six nations which provided him wives or concubines: Egyptians, Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Sidonians, Hittites (1 K 11,1).

In the war led at Gath against Philistines, a warrior of big size had six fingers to each hand and at each foot. (2 S 21,20; 1 Ch 20,6)

The width of the gold statue that the king Nebuchadnezzar made build had six cubits. (Dn 3, 1)

It is to chapter 6 of the Genesis that God announces the Flood. And in 6,6 we read: "YHWH regretted having made human being on earth and was grieved at heart".

The lily, with its six petals placed in two rows of three equidistant, is, for the Christians, the emblem of saint Joseph and the Virgin Mary. The lily is also the mystical flower of the virgins.

The six main parts in the celebration of the mass: the preparation to the sacrifice, the instruction, the oblation, the canon, the communion and the thanksgiving.

Jesus was six years old when he entered to the Carmelite School. It is generally at this age that a child begins to make the distinction between the good and the evil, so it renders him consequently responsible of his acts.

Jesus was lashed by six executioners, according to visions of Mary Agreda.

Our Lady of the Salette pronounces by six times in her message the name of the Antichrist, giving the precisions on his origin and his birth and in the last paragraph, announces his annihilation "by the breath of saint Michael archangel".

The six branches of the star of the seal of Solomon.

The six couples of gods who govern the twelve signs of the zodiac.

The six means of perfection or transcendent virtues at the Buddhist: the patience, the charity, the energy, the wisdom or the science, the contemplation or the charity, the virtue or the purity.

In India, in the Laws of "Manou ( or is it Man HU ) ", it is mentioned that there are six seasons, named "ritous", in the year. Just as the Chinese, at the time of "Fo-Hi", divided the year into six seasons of two months.

Cabalists see in the first word of the Genesis, "Beraeschith", not the translation of "In the beginning" but the senses of "He created by six".

The ancient Dravidian people in the south of India had noticed that a good seed, in their country and under the sun, germinated at the end of seven days, or multiple of seven days, became a nourishing vegetable or a beautiful tree having good fruits. A bad seed germinated in six days or six days multiple. It had thorns and bad fruits. Consequently, the number six was considered for them as harmful.

The hexagon is formed by six equilateral triangles which are writable in the circle. The six is then connected to the circle, or to the notion of cycle. The great cycles of the universe are multiple of six.

The number 6 is sometimes called the perfection of the parts because, multiplied by itself, it always reappears at the place of the unit: 6, 36, 216, etc.

Other representation of the 6: the cube with its 6 surfaces which, developed, form the Latin cross. The Heavenly Jerusalem is cubic; the cross, which never appears in the Revelation, is perhaps designated like this.

Warrain points out that the number 6 is the only number able to satisfy the equality:
          1 + 2 + 3 +... + n = 1 x 2 x 3 x... x n

in which n = 3. According to him, the number 6 "connects the graduation continues to the discontinuous summation, in the most elementary state of their universal modes; it appears like the systematic meeting of the two principles, one active and unit, the other passive and plural, which appear in all creation."

Anniversary of marriage: weddings of iron or candies.

Numerical value of the Hebraic letter Waw, connecting the active to the passive, representing the ratio of Ego with the Not Ego ( see also Mu ). This letter has the form of a hook, a nail, a link. Charrot sees in this form " the link or the grapple which binds and tangles up in currents ideas, all the opinions; it is the man who makes himself free by working or slave by the laziness."

          The number 6 is used 148 times in the Bible ( 6 => 148 = 112 = 13 ) .

          Numbers 19, 27, 33, 52, 99, 127, 6000, 8000 and 70000 are used 6 times in the Bible.

          The number 6 is used seven times in the Koran. (Koran VII,52; X,3; XI,9; XXV,60; XXXII,3; L,37 and LVII,4) ( 6 7 = 13 )

HU nab Ku was, to the Mayans, the supreme God and ultimate Creator and was located in the center of the Milky Way galaxy. It represented the gateway to other galaxies beyond our Sun as well as all of the consciousness that has ever existed in this, our own galaxy. Hunab Ku, according to the Mayans, is also the consciousness which organized all matter from a whirling disk - into stars, planets and solar systems. Hunab Ku is the Mother Womb which is constantly giving birth to new stars and it gave birth to our own Sun and planet Earth as well as the other planets found in our solar system. They also believed that the ultimate Creator directs everything that happens in our galaxy from its center through the emanation of periodic energy bursts of consciousness.

The Hum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Hu M is a phenomenon, or collection of phenomena, involving a persistent and invasive low-frequency humming, rumbling, or droning noise not audible to all people. Hums have been widely reported by national media in the UK[1] and the United States.[2] The Hum is sometimes prefixed with the name of a locality where the problem has been particularly publicized: e.g., the "Bristol Hum", the "Taos Hum", or the "Bondi Hum".[3]

Data from a Taos Hum study suggests that a minimum of 2% and perhaps as many as 11% of the population could detect the Taos Hum and the Daily Telegraph in 1996 likewise reported a figure of 2% of people hearing the Bristol Hum.[4] For those who can hear the Hum it can be a very disturbing phenomenon and it has been linked to at least 3 suicides in the UK.[5] However, amongst those who cannot hear the hum and some specialists, there has been skepticism about whether it in fact exists.[6]
On November 15, 2006, Dr. Tom Moir of the Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand made a recording of the Auckland Hum and has published it on the university's website.[9][10] The captured Hum's power spectral density peaks at a frequency of 56 hertz.[11]

the Indian Bee goddess Bhramari Devi derives her name from the word Bramari, meaning 'Bees' in Hindi. It is said that Bhramari Devi resides inside the heart chakra and emits the buzzing sound of Bees, called 'Bhramaran'. Likewise, the sound of a Bee humming was emulated in Vedic chants and the humming of Bees (represented the essential sound of the universe all across India.

                    Hindu Wisdom - Advanced_Concepts

Huston Smith ( ? ) born in China to Methodist missionaries, a philosopher, most eloquent writer, world-famous religion scholar who practices Hatha Yoga. He has said in Hinduism:

The invisible excludes nothing, the invisible that excludes nothing is the infinite – the soul of India is the infinite.”

“Philosophers tell us that the Indians were the first ones to conceive of a true infinite from which nothing is excluded. The West shied away from this notion. The West likes form, boundaries that distinguish and demarcate. The trouble is that boundaries also imprison – they restrict and confine.”

“India saw this clearly and turned her face to that which has no boundary or whatever.” “India anchored her soul in the infinite seeing the things of the world as masks of the infinite assumes – there can be no end to these masks, of course. If they express a true infinity.” And It is here that India’s mind boggling variety links up to her infinite soul.”

“India includes so much because her soul being infinite excludes nothing.” It goes without saying that the universe that India saw emerging from the infinite was stupendous.”

While the West was still thinking, perhaps, of 6,000 years old universe – India was already envisioning ages and eons and galaxies as numerous as the sands of the Ganges. The Universe so vast that modern astronomy slips into its folds without a ripple.”

[6] According to Arthur Edward Waite, this card signifies the divine motive in man. It is also the unity of the individual being on all planes, and in a very high sense it is thought. With further reference to the "sign of life", i.e. the infinity symbol and its connection with the number 8, it may be remembered that Christian Gnosticism speaks of rebirth in Christ as a change "unto the Og doad." The mystic number is termed Jerusalem above, the Land flowing with Milk and Honey, the Holy Spirit and the Land of the Lord. According to Martinism, 8 is the number of Christ.

In other traditions this card can refer to scholarly knowledge. The Fool (card 0) has learned something about the workings of the world and now sees himself as powerful. Perhaps the reputation of the Magician is derived from the Fool misunderstanding what is happening while the High Priestess (the next card) is looking back, thinking that the Magician is missing the point of spiritual knowledge.

The Secret of Orion and Pleiades in Yahweh’s Grand Scheme of Things | Yahweh's Elite Holy Angelic Warriors

From ancient manuscripts and cuneiform to legends and mythology, it seems no stars were more talked about and considered more influential to man’s destiny than the Pleiades. Why were the ancients so fascinated by this tiny group of heavenly bodies? They were considered “The Creator of the Universe”, “The Center of the Heaven”, or “The Seat of the Soul of God or Immortality.”

Where do the seven stars originate from? Revelation 3:1 “[ The Letter to Sardis ] “To the angel of the church in Sardis write: “The One who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars says: I know your works; you have a reputation for being alive, but you are dead ( 13 - Death ). Job 9:9 He makes [the stars]: the Bear, Orion, the Pleiades, and the constellations of the southern sky. Amos 5:8 The One who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns darkness into dawn and darkens day into night, who summons the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the earth — Yahweh is His name. ( or Ya Hu Va )

Father’s right hand is Her what? Revelation 1:16 “In His right hand He had seven stars; from His mouth came a sharp two-edged sword; and His face was shining like the sun at midday.” It reveals Her Power and might. Seven is the number of perfection. Psalm 89:13 “You have a mighty arm; Your hand is powerful; Your right hand is lifted high.” JosHUa 4:24 This is so that all the people of the earth may know that the LORD’s hand is mighty, and so that you may always fear the LORD your God.” Where does Christ sit? Hebrews 1:3 “He is the radiance of His glory, the exact expression of His nature, and He sustains all things by His powerful word. After making purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.”

Scattered ruins possibly relics of Atlantean Culture

                          THE LIXUS RUINS

Another interesting ruin is that of Lixus in Morocco, North Africa. Lixus has been largely ignored by archeologists: only about twenty percent of the ruins have been excavated. There are no overseeing personnel or facilities anywhere nearby, and tourists are allowed to roam around the premises at will, picnicking, scattering trash, and picking up anything they see that looks interesting—a deplorable situation.

Located between Rabat and Tangier, perched on a hilltop overlooking the Atlantic Ocean near the meanders of the Loukkos River, Lixus was once a prehistoric seaport. The style of polygonal masonry used at the lowest (i.e., the most ancient) level reminds the investigator of a similar style of stonework found incorporated in the pre-Columbian ruins of ancient Peru and Bolivia across the Atlantic Ocean in South America. The Carthaginians, building on top of these ancient megalithic walls and foundations, occupied this port around 800 B.C. But serious work needs to be done to determine the date of the culture which initially built here.

According to Dr. Gerald S. Hawkins, of the Smithsonian Astronomical Observatory, the lower (megalithic) walls are carefully aligned with the sun: in fact, the earlier name for the city was Maqom Shemesh, or "City of the Sun" (Hawkins, 1973). The Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl noticed the marked similarity of the polygonal style of masonry with that of Peru and Bolivia—this same style of masonry can also be found in Andalusia (southern Spain) and among submarine ruins along both coastlines of the Atlantic.

                            Copper on the brain

"The human brain is a unique biological system, possessing unparalleled biological complexity in a compact space," Chang said. "Although it accounts for only two-percent of total body mass, it consumes 20-percent of the oxygen taken in through respiration. As a consequence of its high demand for oxygen and oxidative metabolism, the brain has among the highest levels of copper, as well as iron and zinc in the body." Neuron and glia cells in the brain both require copper for the basic respiratory and antioxidant enzymes cytochrome c oxidase and superoxide dismutase. Copper is also necessary for brain-specific enzymes that control neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, as well as neuropeptides and dietary amines. Disruption of copper oxidation in the brain has been linked to several neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Menkes' and Wilson's.

Creation - “In the Beginning …”

Creation is seen to have taken place, in Western kabbalistic and alchemical terms, in the following process.

The Divine mind of God, the Absolute, or in Hebrew the Ain Soph Aur (Limitless Light), through a series of expansions and contractions establishes the boundaries of Creation. The first world is the most subtle, and closest to the original state of non-existence, and is Atzilooth. This is called the world of Fire, because of the lively, undefined, and almost uncontrollable nature of fire. Next is Briah, or the World of Archetypes and forms as our human mind can grasp them. It is symbolized as the World of Air, and is the result as a barrier world that is formed by the creation of the next World, Yetzirah, or Water. This is the highly psychic and emotionally charged world immediately behind the veil of material existence, or Assiah. Also known as the World of Earth, because of the solid, concrete nature of material life.

SIX is the Lord of Light, the hidden pathway,
path of the souls of the children of men

The Three Essentials are the alchemical principles of Sulpher, Mercury, and Salt. Like the “Elements” these principle concepts are to be thought of a “Philosophical” and not literally as chemical elements or compounds. The Alchemical Sulphur, or Soul, of a things predominates in the animating principles of energy (Fire) and intelligence (Air); Alchemical Salt, or the physical body of a thing, predominates in unconscious forces, psychic, and instinctual intelligence (Water) and solid matter (Earth); Alchemical Mercury, or general life force, predominates in intelligence (Air) and instinctual forces, and psychic energy (Water), as such it is the link, or bridge, between the higher forces of Sulphur and the lower body of matter.
“I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance; but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire.Matthew 3:11

Emotional contagion - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Emotional contagion is the tendency for two individuals to emotionally converge. One view developed by Elaine Hatfield et al. is that this can be done through automatic mimicry and synchronization of one’s expressions, vocalizations, postures and movements with those of another person.[1] When people unconsciously mimic their companions’ expressions of emotion, they come to feel reflections of their partner’s emotions.[1] Emotions can be shared across individuals in many different ways both implicitly or explicitly. For instance, conscious reasoning, analysis and imagination have all been found to contribute to the phenomenon.[1] Emotional contagion is important to personal relationships because it fosters emotional synchrony between individuals. A broader definition of the phenomenon was suggested by Schoenewolf: "a process in which a person or group influences the emotions or behavior of another person or group through the conscious or unconscious induction of emotion states and behavioral attitudes".[2]
                                Etymology [edit]

The phrase “emotional contagion” embodies the idea that humans will synchronize their personal emotions with the emotions expressed by those around them, whether consciously or unconsciously, and thus that an emotion conveyed by one person will become “contagious” to others.

Psychologist Elaine Hatfield theorizes emotional contagion as a two-step process: Step 1: We imitate people; if someone smiles at you, you smile back. Step 2: Changes in mood through faking it. If you smile you feel happy, if you frown you feel bad.[1] Mimicry seems to be one foundation of emotional movement between people.

Emotional contagion and empathy have an interesting relationship, in that they share similar characteristics, with the exception of the ability to differentiate between personal and pre-personal experiences, a process known as individuation.[clarification needed] In The Art of Loving, social psychologist Erich Fromm explores these differences, suggesting that autonomy is necessary for empathy, which is not found in emotional contagion.[3]

Mothman is a legendary creature first reportedly seen in the Point Pleasant area of West Virginia from 15 November 1966 to 15 December 1967. The first newspaper report was published in the Point Pleasant Register dated 16 November 1966, titled "Couples See Man-Sized Bird...Creature...Something".[1]

Mothman was introduced to a wider audience by Gray Barker in 1970,[2][3] later popularized by John Keel in his 1975 book The Mothman Prophecies, claiming that Mothman was related to a wide array of supernatural events in the area and the collapse of the Silver Bridge. The 2002 film The Mothman Prophecies, starring Richard Gere, was based on Keel's book.[4]
There were no Mothman reports in the immediate aftermath of the December 15, 1967 collapse of the Silver Bridge and the death of 46 people

Strange Dark Matter Interactions Could Create Galactic Disks and Dark Light | Wired Science |

A small percentage of the dark matter in our universe might be able to interact with itself through an as-of-yet unknown dark force, forming dark atoms and possibly even emitting dark light.
..... btw you are made of atoms too

Lest you think theoretical physicists have gone completely off the deep end, this form of dark matter, called double-disk dark matter, has some specific cosmological consequences that astronomers could observe.

While traditional dark matter floats around galaxies in a spherical halo, this more interactive form of dark matter would have “dynamics similar to ordinary matter,” said theoretical physicist Andrey Katz, who is a post-doc at Harvard University and co-author of a paper that appeared May 23 in Physical Review Letters. “It can form a disk which is very similar to our galaxy’s massive galactic disk.”
