Strange indeed
Hey shylo,
The fluke dmm has a Hertz setting for ac or dc so I just pressed the button. But that ball bearing should stick to a magnet. If this effect will move iron objects around like that, then could there be more to see with this?
Ufopolitics (posted on the video I loaded to youtube) said he thinks it's Radiant energy moving it around.
Even though there is nothing but "interesting effects" to witness here, this is fun and even exciting.
Good effects and strange indeed,

All fun stuf. If you find a good battery3, you can run multiple electrical loads that far exceed what the batteries are capable of, while charging the primaries to a higher voltage. I've seen it with two batteries. I have probably tried between 60-80 "bad" batteries. Great work WTM and shylo. You are on the right track.
