I may need to go down tomorrow and buy some new batteries. I'm not sure yet. Still trying to get a balanced system put together with the ones I have. If worst comes to worst, I will buy two of the LARGER batteries and run the initial test again, because I know I can balance those batteries with my motor/generator on one side and an 11 watt load running off the inverter on battery 3. I have done it a hundred times. I was just trying to save myself a few bucks because those larger batteries are expensive and I don't have any "brand new" ones to use. $76.00 for two if I recall. All of mine have been used over and over for test runs ad don't hold as much voltage as the original ones do. They need to be pulse charged and conditioned, and my pulse charger is on the fritz right now. If I haven't gotten it figured out in the next day or so, I will bite the bullet and go get some more batteries.
If it isn't one thing, it's another.

I just ordered a universal motor from ebay, so it should be here in a few days and I can try YOUR circuit. Will keep you posted.
I am not unwilling to spend money on this stuff, but my priority will ALWAYS be spending it to test new things rather than spending it to prove something works that I have seen work a thousand times over the last five years just to satisfy folks who can't be troubled to spend a few bucks and build it for themselves. Sorry, but that's how I feel about this stuff.

Stable Setup

The advantage of the latest schematic Randy posted is the EASE of making it stable. But you STILL have to balance the load on battery 3 with the load on the motor. All you have to do is watch the voltage on the buffer battery. If it is going one direction, you increase the load on the motor. If it is going the other direction you increase the load on battery 3 or DECREASE the load on the motor. As long as you keep the buffer battery leveled out, the thing is golden. The problem is having a setup with the ability to increase those loads in small increments. With the larger motors, the larger batteries, my light board where all I have to do is turn on bulbs, or turn them off, it wasn't that hard to balance the loads. I could do it nearly every time. I have a bank of AC lights to run off the inverter, and a bank of DC lights to run off the motor as generator with full wave bride. Luckily with that setup, The generator itself was the perfect load on the motor to balance with an 11 watt bulb on the inverter attached to battery 3.
With this new setup, smaller batteries... I don't yet know how to balance it, and it's on a different bench than my light board. So I have been playing around with different bulbs and fans and things that I have, trying to balance the load, with little success. Tomorrow I will clear the light board bench and try this setup there. Hopefully it will run my motor and balance with an 11 watt load also, even though the batteries are smaller, but I can't promise that. All I can do is try. If it doesn't work, I will go buy a couple of the BIG batteries and run them down because I KNOW how to balance the load with those batteries.
Others may have spent more time with the small batteries than I have, so it may be easy for them, but experience is everything with this thing.

The basic reason for this at least as far as the USA Britain and the European countries are concerned is that energy is (at least officially) considered a commodity of war and not of human necessity.
This being the case anyone who has developed a free energy system is immediately served with a Gagging order the penalty for breaching the order is 20 years porridge.
Forums just like this one are infiltrated and regularly patrolled searching for people with viable systems which tptb deem in need of suppression.
In the case of the water fracture system in the USA Mayer did it among others .. In Europe Nunnerly did it amongst others
on the Asian continent Dingle did it amongst others on the African continent Cornish did it amongst others ….. It stands to reason that if all the countries have the technology it is no longer a viable weapon of war and should be removed from the secrets list. However there it remains the principle reason is the American dollar and hence the viability of the country is locked to energy this is explained pretty clearly in these three clips starting here,

I did a little research on Mayer in order to circumvent the USA and British Defence gagging orders he under legal advice (and I use the term in the legal sense here) “Transmitted the information to territories outside the jurisdiction of the USA" obviously this is not a case of simply saying “oh by the way I sent a copy to Fred in Holland” but never the less In legal terms it can be done and the receipt of the information double stamped and confirmed and so the gagging system avoided.
I note David you recently emailed Doug Konzen I was part of that group working on the rotoverter, following the lead of the amazingly skilled engineer Hector D Perez Torres, Dan Combine and the rest of that dedicated team.
By enlarge the group was operating Internationally outside American territories but some of the group and I think here of Brian Prater inside the USA started looping the system, If Doug hasn't told you about the murder threats and mayhem that followed he certainly could do as he was a major contributor to that group. The state of energy being regarded offically as a contingent of war is quickly confirmed by only a little research into the use of the plasma battery .. which is uncomfortably close to what is occuring here I suspect.
so although I do keep urging people to reveal their finding and results on forum I certainly don’t mean that should you stabilise the system and confirm it that you should openly advertise the fact .. that is until you have at least taken steps to “transmit the information” I suggest an economical first step would be to take out a Dutch patent. However your wife being a patent attorney could no doubt advise you David on the exact definition of “transmit out of American jurisdiction” however I can quite understand how someone in this catch 22 situation and looking in could become very frustrated .. and angry.
Robert Adams was constrained by such an order issued under British dictation to the New Zealand government when an old man and suspecting a terminal illness he ignored the constraint and published. Alas it is a complex build beyond the skills of most .. I suspect unless a system can be made very simply and quickly got into the public arena it will not escape the cuffs.

Thanks Dave. I'm on my way of buying some 12AH AGM batteries but I feel sad to spend that much money just to destroy them for transducer purpose. But when they come on this thread and intimate that they KNOW the secret of free energy but we don't and it's right under our noses, that is quite another. That's just plain rude, and I have NO respect for that person whatsoever. This is a bully teasing a small child, and there is no place for them in my world. And then when they come back again and say "just cos i hint that i know does not mean that i really do..." I have even LESS respect for them than I had the first time. I am sick to death of the threads that have been started here by someone who professes to know something and leads folks down the garden path, getting them to spend tons of money, only to disappear because they really didn't know anything in the first place.
And then they want MY help answering questions before they will "share"? Please! That will never happen. I should have just ignored him in the first place but the "I have something you don't have" attitude ticked me off.

Give me a day or so to mess with this some more before you destroy those good batteries. Matt says you don't NEED bad batteries and has had good results without them. Maybe he will post something here to show what he is doing.

I have had a chat with an electrical engineer today and the following was a revelation to me.
In a motor the brushes have at least 2 functions. The obvious one I'll ignore.
The second is radiant energy suppression.
The brushes are deliberately made so that they contact more than one segment of the commutator at any one time. This results in both spark suppression and also radiant energy suppression. To avoid this you need to open up the motor and file down the brushes so they are much thinner and contact only one segment of the commutator at any one time. You can then fit a second set of brushes if you wish to pick up the radiant energy which will be in reverse polarity to the original.

3. you looking at the wrong direction, it's not in spike, battery,bemf,scalar wave........bla3. it's in the dc motor and configuration of the battery, that all.

I believe A.king21's point is well-taken. UFOpolitics has made advances in this direction with a winding that ends at a second set of brushes, and turning the DC motor end caps so the brushes touch only one segment at a time. Having built a few, I can attest that they indeed do unusual things to a battery, which I am convinced have to do with RE and and its battery conditioning properties. Filing the brushes seems to me to make good sense.
As far as Juan's comments, I recall a father and son YT video 4 or 5 years ago that I believe is no longer online, in which they took a simple toy DC motor (probably 1.5 or 3 V) and disconnected one of the 3 coils, making it a pulse motor, and running it in parallel with a dead alkaline battery to charge it with radiant energy. Very simple. If it was indeed yanked, it's not hard to imagine why. They seemed to be opening the door to a basic important principle that might have some bearing on the 3BGS.
To add to the above, the UFOPolitics gang were using PWMs to energize their machines with a square wave. UFO insisted that the on-time had to be as short as possible, because the radiant energy was entering the system during the off-time. Off-time was key for powering these machines with radiant energy - similar to the above pulse motor perhaps? What might this say about the 3BGS?
Taking all this into account, is it possible that Juan is alluding to the DC motor's pulses drawing in RE in their off-time, and that for him this is the real "secret"?
I think there's more to it than this, but FWIW, hoping this moves things forward a little.
