Graphite and any other carbon in general is very hydrophobic - it repels water. I have electrolyzed graphite rods to create a colloidal carbon solution with nano sized carbon particles of a few atoms big. The carbon, through the electrolysis process becomes hydrophilic - water loving - it pulls water to it - that changes the chemistry.
But still, you're just electrolyzing water with carbon - this has nothing to do with redox signaling molecules.
It is an electrolyzed sodium chloride solution.
Many people can think they can just electrolyze salt water and make this but they can find out on their own that they are wasting their time.
It is a very delicate process that requires extensive testing throughout the entire 3 day process. It is possible only in a very, very, very small window as many things are. Outside of that window, you create toxic chlorine molecules, etc... can make someone really sick.
Carbon has no place in this process.
Carbon is fine in other electrolytic processes but not redox signaling molecules. To think otherwise is trying to out think 16 years of research and many millions of dollars. Just in my opinion.
I like to think I have a pretty good grip on this technology but there is still no way I'm drinking a home brewed electrolyzed sodium chloride solution.
