    another way

i put a 1/4" cube magnet in a jar. i then added ferro fluid till magnet was covered and there was 1/4" of FF in the jar[ a black slippery mess].gravity pulls any FF that the magnet cant hold up. so i have a jar, with a fluid level, and a bulge all around the magnet. at top dead center of the magnet/ FF, is just like a pool or well, but with a level ABOVE the level in the jar. i then very carefully started a siphon from directly above the magnet/FF. i was tricky to do but i THINK i got it to flow. the magnet acts like a wick or capillary, drawing the FF up to a higher point. just as water can be siphoned, as long as the tube is away from the centrifugal force creating the vortex, the siphon will run...david

    Hi David,

Go ahead and have the new fellow go first, I can wait - who knows, he may be the fellow to finally get it all documented for us

    Cheers,

    an email

    Hi, Dave,

I finally got the tools and a galvanized pole. I cut the pole and bent the pieces to fit around my circle of plastic counter top material. I was wondering how much contact each piece needed. Right now some have contact the entire length from top to bottom and others vary. For instance, one section the pieces only contact at the top. The device will still energize like a pmh should but i fear that i dont have enough contacts to create a good working model. Please give me your opinion. I would really hate to take it apart unnecessarily. This project was very work intensive for me. When I was experimenting with it and recording, I used a large calcite crystal I had found a few years back. It seems as though the aura had a stream coming from the stone in kind of a whirling motion towards the generator. I can describe the aura itself as the same as if i let the gas out of a lighter, in that, it was a very subtle and translucent and it distorted the light reflecting through it in the same way the gas does. This made it impossible for my camera to record and for me to view later. I tried putting a window screen in front of the point of view of the camera as well and my camera simply isn't high quality enough coupled with an old tube television I have to review my videos. I thing that a new flat screen would actually clear up some of the distortions caused by this old T.V. Thanks for your inspiration Dave McTavish

    Who's Next?

If there are no more persons waiting, I'd be happy to be next in line.

And if Glen would be so kind as to provide the local coordinates (LA to Ontario, CA) for the envisaged energy vortices in my area - then I could do some testing on those points to see if anything transpires.

David should have a ship-to address he can use in my behalf in his PM's unless it was deleted.

    Cheers,

    Harvey

    Hi David.
Not at the moment. I myself don't see anything. I will meet some sensitive persons on saturday and will make my report then. Also, after that I will be able to send your device to the next in line. Which one is that?

    Hi David,

The ferrofluid peaks up (or out) because the magnetic field has a higher density closer to the source, so the induced magnetism is greater near the surface and thus causes a greater attraction there. However, the polarity of the fluid is the same along that surface, and when the induced field exceeds the attractive field, the like polarities repel and cause the little peaks everywhere that taper off according to the inverse cube rule. It is a combination of lateral repulsion and a fading of the field strength as you progress farther from the source.

A similar thing is demonstrated here by Tinsel Koala showing how a viscous oil becomes electrically charged and repels a 'jet' of oil some 3 to 4 feet to hit the ceiling. It seems logical, that if a magnetic fluid had a very low viscosity, that similar effects could be seen even with permanent magnets as the streams would define distinct lines along the flux path. It would be interesting to have a clear fluid that coloring could be added to so as to see if any real flow is propagated in the fluid. Had Tinsel Koala a large enough room, I think the effect would have resembled a fountain rather than a loop.

Siphoning is a function of pressure and gravity. The interior of a vortex has a very low pressure, so that is where the reservoir of higher pressure fluid will migrate to. The vortex then corkscrews that body of fluid upward, and the centrifugally, outward with greater ground speed as it reaches the mouth at the top. This is the exterior action of the vortex. The interior action is such that the fluid in the middle is thrown outward to the cohesive inner wall leaving that low pressure system in the center. Colder, heavier, lower pressure fluid above the mouth can fall down the center like water flowing down a drain where it is thrown out to the sides, reaches the bottom of the vortex and begins absorbing energy from the higher pressure, hotter fluid rushing to meet it. The two mix and get corkscrewed up the outside as mentioned before. Essentially, the vortex is a conduit for equalizing two thermodynamic pools of fluids where the lower pressure cooler denser fluid is riding on top of the higher pressure, warmer, less dense fluid.

One thing that would work, is to have long filaments of light weight, very narrow diameter flexible magnetic material suspended in a very light weight low viscosity, highly adhesive fluid to carry the filaments along the flux path.

I don't think there will be any success in getting a fluid flow in the manner you are trying. But I have been wrong so many times in my life that this could be an opportunity to prove me wrong again, as the possibility certainly exists

    Cheers,

    Harvey

    so

so what i am getting at is replace the water vortex [rotational] with an opposite in ferro fluid [non rotational standing vortex] . now lets say the water is the "flux". as long as the tube is out of the flux, there will a potential to siphon from. the same thing should happen in the ferro fluid, as long as the tube extends out of the flux enough for gravity to have its full effect...is any one getting this...david

    on the same note

with a vortex in water [whirlpool], as long as there is a vortex, a siphon should be able to be started, the inlet at the low energy[ if in a glass cylinder, at the top edge near the glass] and as long as the outlet is below the inlet, say held in the center of the vortex, you should get flow.... this should be less messy to try....what say ye?....david

ferro fluid + magnet + gravity siphon

when a magnet is held under a container of ferro fluid, it forms cone shaped structures. at the tip of the cone would be the place to start a siphon. now if the outlet of the siphon tube is lower than the inlet, you should get flow...as long as gravity can overcome the magnetic pull. with the ferro fluid in a tube, it should be able to be kept away from the flux enough to flow. i am trying to do this but it is very messy, i am trying to make something in a closed system so its not so messy....might this work? i am going to try this and success of fail, i will post my results...david

I think there are some holes there where water would run right through to the engine block beneath.

OR if you used the tube tube to siphon the water from the pond. as long as the outlet of the tube is below the pond level, the water will continue to flow. the WEIGHT of the falling water can be used to do work. NOW, if you could just speed up the evaporation/ condensation cycle to match the output of tube, you could have a continuous flow of water through your tube, the sun being the energy used to create flow. Eds magnetic current, i believe, can be compared to the way water flows, can pool up etc. an energized PMH is like a glass of water, when the keeper is pulled, it is like the water poured out of the glass, all at once, lighting the bulb for an instant. stir the water in the glass and you will create a vortex. draining the water through a small opening in the bottom will create a vortex also....here is my thought; Eds generator, a large circular PMH, when spun, creates a vortex. at the point of the vortex, where movement is slowest, Ed was able to "drain" off enough energy to perpetuate the vortex[the same way a vortex forms in water, draining]and keep the rotor moving. the centrifuge creates artificial gravity, the more dense a liquid is, the lower it will be in a tube[blood/plasma etc]. Ed said; "the real magnets are the substance circulating in the metal"....he said substance...a PMH charged, starts a boundary/ layer of a substance that permeates everything. this is why it looks "watery" when looking through/at my devices...david
    David-
    Check this out:
The Meru Foundation - A Model of Continuous Creation. This page (and some of the 3D animations of the Torus model) show that vortex shape with material bending inward toward the center of the vortex, and being circulated back around. Very interesting connection to the book of Genesis.
I'm glad you are back in action and continuing to keep focus and momentum going with your devices.
Here's another question... how do we know that Ed didn't fill the interior of his device with water? It seems to have been sealed-up with some type of cement on the inside of the wheel. Maybe this was to help keep some amount of water in the interior. Assuming that he was generating a "bubble" of vapor, why not bring the water to the wheel?
