Ya he said something about leaving his office when the "Boys in Blue hats" take control, I am guessing thats either the cops or the UN.
Or maybe he got busted quick once he started playing with that special transistor.
I sent him an email asking about ordering a battery charger and some of his Xtransistors, and it seems the next day he booked.

well his site is back up and so is his youtube so there is a step in the right direction. its funny because he is playing around with possible cooling effects of neodymium magnets and in the background the first of the vids you can see a computer screen with the u.s. emblem eagle standing atop the world. But thats the only thing on the screen...Comment

Based on what was allowed and what "vanished" maybe we can learn something.
And learn most, what we can ask the doc and what not to.

Doc's new "Hybrid Exciter" circuit-----he is back!!!

Good news. Dr. Stiffler is back with a new circuit that he is calling the "Hybrid Exciter". It uses two electrolytic caps off the AV plug. Should be an easy replication.

From what I understand, Dr. Conrad works very closely with Dr. Stiffler. And I echo his sentiments; if you haven't been paying close attention all along it may be too late to do so.
In all fairness, however, Dr. Stiffler did mention that anyone interested in his work should pay close attention and save all information given. I'm not sure, but I think Panacea has been collecting this information--care to comment Ash? 
@amigo: I believe Dr. Stiffler was referring to the government; either that, or a powerful group of people who don't want certain technologies to be freely and openly researched. FWIWComment
