well his site is back up and so is his youtube so there is a step in the right direction. its funny because he is playing around with possible cooling effects of neodymium magnets and in the background the first of the vids you can see a computer screen with the u.s. emblem eagle standing atop the world. But thats the only thing on the screen...

Doc's new "Hybrid Exciter" circuit-----he is back!!!

Good news. Dr. Stiffler is back with a new circuit that he is calling the "Hybrid Exciter". It uses two electrolytic caps off the AV plug. Should be an easy replication.

I must say I doubt you will ever see a posting on the net again from DrS even thought you may see videos from him. Its important that those with the knowledge of electronics - pay special attentions to every detail of the postings that have and may be made by DrS.

Be aware that there will never be another library such as that which once existed and for sure not on the Bc systems - yet glen what is presented in the next few productions.

From what I understand, Dr. Conrad works very closely with Dr. Stiffler. And I echo his sentiments; if you haven't been paying close attention all along it may be too late to do so. In all fairness, however, Dr. Stiffler did mention that anyone interested in his work should pay close attention and save all information given. I'm not sure, but I think Panacea has been collecting this information--care to comment Ash?

@amigo: I believe Dr. Stiffler was referring to the government; either that, or a powerful group of people who don't want certain technologies to be freely and openly researched. FWIW

I will assume that you statements about the Water in certain parts of Texas (and the world in general) was a bit of levity and does not result from a lack of critical knowledge to everyone.

Yes I am close to Dr. Stiffler in that we are working an a number of projects together (guess what? Water is the prime project).

No! we do not drink the local water and hope you are not drinking yours either.
