Md. Judge Denies Request For Obama School Records

FORT MEADE, Md. (AP) Thursday, September 2 - A military judge in Maryland has refused to order the release of school records that could include a copy of [Alleged] President Barack Obama's birth certificate.

The documents were sought by an Army doctor, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who is being court-martialed for disobeying a deployment order because he doubts Obama's qualifications to serve as commander in chief.

The judge ruled Thursday that those records and any other evidence or witnesses pertaining to Obama's birth are not relevant to the case and will not be admitted.

Hmmm, not relevant, huh? Wasn't it Obama who, as so-called "Commander in Chief," made the decision to commit additional troops to be deployed to Afghanistan? Thus it was Obama who initiated the order that affected Terry Lakin. Looks like just another puppet judge who does what he is told to do. Meanwhile, Lakin is being housed at the psychiatric ward of Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he is no doubt being medicated and kept under close watch to prevent any interaction with the press. Figures, huh? The case is scheduled to move forward October 13 through 15th. Lakin's lawyer is appealing the judge's decision, of course, but the appeal will most likely fail. Normally, judges will approve any reasonable defense request for documents, as failure to do so is grounds for an appeal to a higher court. Such documentation is known as the right to Discovery. Since Lakin cannot prove his case without the requested documentation, he is being denied a fair trial. Obama steadfastly continues to deny access to any proper documentation that could prove or disprove his Constitutional eligibility to hold the office of President, and there is no logical reason for doing so unless those documents would prove his ineligibility. It isn't likely that we will see any judge granting discovery of the documents, as of course that would be bad for his or her career and health.

If I remember correctly the corporation aka the United States was created by the government of the united States of America in 1873 or so, but it sat as an empty "shell" which was put into effect during the planned depression under the commie Rosenvelt. The Buck Act created all the corporate federal zip codes. Basically you have one system of governance (the original) which had the fraudulent corporate structure installed over it with overlapping names and terms.

Instead of Republics, such as the Republic of California, you have State of <name>. And those are all corporations also. The California highway patrol is a private corporation. It's all a fiction that has been implemented gradually over time utilizing the science of behavior and word smithing.

Harry Reid's sneaky push for illegals' amnesty

Senate majority leader Harry Reid is planning to attach the "DREAM ACT" to a Defense Authorization Bill to be voted on next week. The DREAM Act is being promoted as a program to help young students who, by no fault of their own, were brought to the United states by illegal immigrant parents. In truth, though, the DREAM ACT is much more than that.

More than 2 MILLION illegal aliens would qualify. What they would receive is a path to full citizenship, welfare benefits, in-state tuition, and the right to sponsor large numbers of their family members for citizenship.

Who are these "youth?" In the Senate DREAM bill, illegal aliens up through age 35 qualify! In the House bill there is no age limit at all!

These "young" illegal aliens would only need to claim (not prove) that they meet the criteria and meet at least the minimum of taking a a one-year vocational program to get on the path to citizenship. And there is NO REQUIREMENT that the person actually COMPLETES their education!

Harry Reid is up for re-election in November, and is in serious peril of losing to his opponent, Sharron Angle, who is currently edging him out in the latest polls: Poll: Angle Edges Ahead of Reid in Nevada - TIME

Harry Reid's push to pass the DREAM ACT next week is rather obviously a tactic that could sway very large numbers of Hispanic voters to support him on election day. Similarly, other Democrat incumbents who are in jeopardy of losing their bids for re-election would also benefit from passage of the DREAM ACT amnesty. Because of this, Harry believes he will have no problem getting the support of 60 senators needed to thwart an otherwise certain fillibuster by conservatives.

I urge everyone to contact their state senators to vehemently oppose attachment and passage of this deceitful bill.

Update on the Terry Lakin court-martial proceedings

A second pre-trial hearing is scheduled for September 21, and the court-martial trial will be held in October.

Shortly before the previous pre-trial hearing, in which judge Lind refused to grant discovery of documentation relevant to President Obama's Constitutional eligibility to hold the office of US President and Commander in Chief, a brief was filed with the court by retired Lt. Gen. Thomas G. McInerney in support of Terry Lakin's position. McInerney, who retired in 1994 after serving as vice commander in chief of USAF forces in Europe, commander of the 3rd Tactical Fighter Wing and assistant vice chief of staff of the U.S. Air Force, among other positions, said the chain of command issue is critical, since officers are obligated both to follow orders and to disobey illegal orders. McInerney said that the disclosure of Obama's documentation is not just critical to Lakin's defense, but to the preservation of the nation itself.


In further explanation, McInerney said, "There can be no question that it is absolutely essential to good order and discipline in the military that there be no break in the unified chain of command, from the lowliest E-1 up to and including the commander in chief who is under the Constitution, the president of the United States. As military officers, we owe our ultimate loyalty not to superior officers or even to the president, but rather, to the Constitution. Good order and discipline requires not blind obedience to all orders but instead requires officers to judge – sometimes under great adversity – whether an order is illegal. The president of the United States, as the commander in chief, is the source of all military authority. The Constitution requires the president to be a natural born citizen in order to be eligible to hold office. If he is ineligible under the Constitution to serve in that office that creates a break in the chain of command of such magnitude that its significance can scarcely be imagined."


Terry Lakin is an Army medical officer with a distinguished career record, and not some nut case as the mainstream media would like us to believe. It takes a lot of courage for an officer to invite his own court-martial for a cause that he believes in. Presently, Lakin is being secluded in a psychiatric ward at the Walter Reed Army Medical facility so as to prevent him from talking with reporters or posting any further YouTube video statements. Obama Hauls Arizona Before the UN Human Rights Council

Yes, this story is genuine. Obama has attacked Arizona and America using the UN and Hillary Clinton's State Department. Ignoring the court ruling that AZ Immigration Enforcement Law does not violate human rights but must be enforced by the Feds, Hillary issued a 29-page "Universal Periodic Review" (UPR) to the UN Human Rights Council, which indicted AZ and America, and seeks to force mass illegal alien amnesty on the United States.

Obama's submission of the UPR is part of the plan to by-pass Congress for amnesty, and a UN review of the AZ law to culminate with the issuance of a plan of action to STOP AZ in 90 days by a panel of UN bureaucrats. This is unquestionably unconstitutional and unacceptable. The United States can never be bound by the directives of an international body without the consent to treaty by the US Senate. The question is, though, will Obama now push the Democrat controlled Senate to give consent, and attempt to gain such consent before the mid term elections in November, when many of his allies are expected to lose their seats?

The staggering cost of allowing illegal immigration

The cost of harboring illegal immigrants in the United States is a staggering $113 billion a year -- an average of $1,117 for every “native-headed” household in America -- according to a recent study conducted by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).

The study “is the first and most detailed look at the costs of illegal immigration ever done,” says Bob Dane, director of communications at FAIR. The results of this study are staggering and irrefutable - illegal aliens are driving America to the brink of bankruptcy. Illegal aliens are the sole and only cause of the unbalanced budgets in many of our states.FAIR's breakdown of costs on a state-by-state basis shows that in states with the largest number of illegals, the costs of illegal immigration are often greater than current, crippling budget deficits:

• In Texas, for example, the additional cost of illegal immigration, $16.4 billion, is equal to the state’s current budget deficit;
• In California the additional cost of illegal immigration, $21.8 billion, is $8 billion more than the state’s current budget deficit of $13.8 billion;
• In New York the $6.8 billion deficit is roughly two-thirds the $9.5 billion yearly cost of its illegal population, according to Jack Martin, the researcher who completed the study.
• The largest single outlay was paying for the education of illegal alien children (ones NOT born in the USA) which, according to the report, is an estimated $52 billion.

64 year old man tasered in his own home!

Here's a link to a video showing a Marin County man being tasered by sheriff's deputies in his own home - not just once, but three times! The man had fallen while walking down some steps, and a paramedic team had come to his home to treat him for the painful injury. Jokingly, the man had said that if he had a gun he would shoot himself in the head. Suddenly, the sheriff's deputies entered his home uninvited and said he was under arrest. After telling the deputies to leave his home, he was tasered and fell to the floor, where he was tasered two more times. The tasing deputy clearly aimed the taser at the man's chest, in spite of the fact that the man's wife stated that he had a heart condition! The video camera was an attachment to the taser gun. He was later taken to court for "resisting arrest," where the judge dismissed the case. Judge for yourself - was this necessary? Remember that this is an unarmed 64 year old man. Unbelievable, but true!

While the mainstream media would have us believe that Arizona's attempt to formulate and enforce laws against illegal immigration are racist and unwarranted, and that the illegals breaching our southern border are merely innocent people hoping to find work that can feed their families, a new documentary film will now tell the true story of what is really happening.

The US Border Patrol estimates that only 1/4 or less of the people entering the US illegally are ever apprehended, and say that those who are apprehended are often found entering again on multiple occasions.

The largely unprotected southern border offers illegals countless opportunities to cross into the United States undetected. To realize just how huge the problem is, consider that in the Tucson Arizona sector alone, which is only 262 linear miles, there were 378,000 apprehensions by the Border Patrol in fiscal year 2008-2009. This tells us that well over 1 million illegals successfully entered through this one area without being detected. Multiply this by the many other avenues of entry along the 2,000 mile southwestern border, year after year, and you begin to understand the enormity of the situation. U.S. Border Patrol Agent Michael Scioli says that 15 percent of the aliens caught in the Tucson sector are felons who have been convicted of violent crimes such as homicide and rape. That's 57,000 convicts apprehended, and roughly another 150,000 who are now dispersed throughout the US and doing their thing. Since the Tucson sector only accounts for 13% of the 2,000 mile southwest border, this indicates that potentially there may be 1,154,000 or more dangerous criminals in all who enter the US through the southwest region undetected every year. Scioli points out that while many of these felons are convicted drug or human traffickers, the vast majority are sex offenders, and that while US sex offenders are required to register their whereabouts with authorities, alien sexual predators could be in anyone's neighborhood stalking children.

Certainly Congress, and the Obama administration, have access to and knowledge of these statistics. Makes us wonder, doesn't it, why construction of the 15 foot high barriers included in the Secure Fence Act of 2006 were halted this year by the Department of Homeland Security. Although the Secure Fence Act authorized the construction of 700 additional miles of double chain link and barbed wire fences with light and infrared camera poles, only a few miles of this fencing was ever erected.

Whatever became of those responsible for the 2000 USS Cole attack?

The terrorist attack on the USS Cole, on October 12th of 2000, killed 17 American sailors and wounded another 39 when a boat packed with explosives ripped a hole in the side of the warship in the port of Aden, Yemen.


It is certainly noteworthy that, 10 years afterwards, none of the defendants convicted in Yemen in the bombing of the USS Cole remains in prison. Al-Qaeda member Jamal al-Badawi has escaped twice and slipped away at least once with the blessing of Yemeni officials. Another conspirator was secretly freed in Yemen, and two were released after serving partial sentences. Only two suspects, captured outside Yemen, are in U.S. custody, at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. These two are Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, and Tawfiq bin Attash. Nashari was captured in 2002, and Attash was captured in 2003. Practically on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the attack, the Obama administration has shelved the planned prosecution of Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, the alleged coordinator of the Oct. 2000 suicide attack on the USS Cole in Yemen, according to a court filing. Why has Nashiri escaped prosecution for 8 years after being captured, and where is the justice in the Obama camp's decision?
