. That is 14 degrees below freezing for our metric friends. My inverter did not like the cold at all. When I fired it up and started the vehicle, it went red and triggered the alarm after a second or two. I thought for sure that I just added another inverter to the pile. So I shrugged it off and proceeded on my way off to work. I made my normal stop at the fuel station (about 5 miles up the road) to get my morning coffee and just for the heck of it, I decided to try the inverter again, and low and behold it worked fine
