I was thinking of using a super cap to exclude any anomilies with the use of bateries and any excess dumped through a lamp or resistor via a zenner i have heard the super caps are only good for about 500 000 cycles though this should be enough to convince me

Ideas
Either use capacitors with Commutator to time discharges back to drive capacitor (between coil firings) - this way there won't be the problem of being unable to charge the run battery.
Or, cycle the run battery with the charge battery before the charge battery starts to overcharge.
Or even use one battery, a Commutator and two capacitors.
Lately I've been wondering if the joule thief circuit will combine with the bedini circuit.
I want to catch every little electron if I can, at higher pressure, so I can re-use it...

running globes
i have conected a globe instead of the 2nd battery in parelle to a cap which also has internal discharg resistor although this value nor the losses in wheal rotating or any other power losses have bean taken into acount only "power consumed to run globe" and power "drawn from the power battery" is all i am looking at here based on P=IV and V=IR if I do away with the cap the globe gets burnt out followed by the transistor the circuit remains esentually the same coil /core/magnest/whealdiometer //wire sizes /wethod of winding coil/all slightly diferent but mostly same esentually nothing new from what i have seen you do I built this to porve that it didnt work ar at least produce didnt produce overunity now all i have to do is work out what i am measuring incorectly I did get a power out put of twice input when i ran a smaller globe and diferent cap but haveing blowen it i reducd the out put to only a 25% gain to try and explain it i guess making it into a self runner that also produces excess power would convine me any idears for loop circuits

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by running globes, but I would be interested in hearing how you have modified your circuit

i built a sg moter allbe it not a true replica it is close and i was getting twice the power out than in very early in testing but after distroying 2 cyrcuits i can only get 1.25 out with 1 in i am not charging a batt just running globes are other people getting results like this with the sg bedine or have i done something different

Could be, the Batterie is damaged.
I got 2 from a Friend too, they been to long without load, from the 40 Ah are 2 Cells kinda damaged, the other 80Ah, once did make a Short, and burned the normal Charger, and at the Bedini, it stucks at 3,8V. The other one with the Damaged Cells stays at 7,8V, but one what he did bring me lately did charge up fine now.
I hope you did connect them over Diodes from the C, and minus to Plus Sourcebatt.
When you put 2 or more Charges in Series, after Diodes, its anyway better, to make sure, you have good Batts, Current goes throug each Batterie, and if one is bad, Current goes lower through all.
I got the same at with a old Lead Acid, when i try to load my 9v in Series with it, it takes forever to load the 9V.

Back to the topic:
For some reason, my charge battery is not charging. It is not increasing in voltage. I don't know what the start voltage of the charge battery, now after about 24 hours of run it is at 4.41 Volts (12 volt car battery). My run battery was at about 12.53 and now it is at 12.47.
If I am using trifler circuit on the third inductor, what kind of capacitor should be hooked to it if any?

I got another transistor and it works fine. I think my resistance was low or maybe my resistor was died.
I am using a trifler rotor style Bedini. My third wire, i am using through a bridge rectifier to caps to charging 2 batteries.
Bedini is much easier to play with and achieve some kind of knowledge than a Newman Motor. Or at least from what I doing so far.

Let me guess, you have way lower Ohms at the bigger Coil.
That why your Transistor will go hot probatly.
It is a unbalenced Ammount now, and one Coil cant carry that much from the other Coil.
But usual its easy.
You make 2 Coils, mostly they make it bifilar, or trifilar, just not me
.
They have both around same Impedance, but minimum 10 Ohm.
Then you can put a 10 Ohm Resistor at the Base of the Transistor, and a ~1k Potentiometer in Serie.
The Resistor is imho for protecting the Pot and the Base better, that there dont run to much Amps through.
The Pot need to have 0 Ohms at lowest, that it still works.
Then you can adjust still the Speed and the good Spot of the Radiant Energy/Bemf.
For the Coils, i played around with 20 and 14 ohm Coils, so 6 Ohms different was the close Point i think, where they still worked well.
But i think anyway, it depends, how thick the Wires are. I got for this #24 and 25 Wires.
Maybe the different can be bigger at Thinner Wire.
The Imhotep Fans ie have all 60 Ohms and #30 Wire, but still can have a different from 10 Ohms between the Coils.

I did think about that variable Pot too, but at last, i decided, it is to much work :P.
I think i will wait, till i can take something apart, where a strong one is in.
I put it as last Choice, when i dont find one.
