sounds like you have a great job.
i use to tell students there isn't an excuse i haven't heard but if you do have one i haven't heard you can get away with it.
then i got this little red haired kid and his dad owned the local strip joint. boy did i get an education!
Also got a whole lot of new excuses.

as for the sopa thing it will come to nothing but more internet control and that will mean we may just have to shut it down all together which is what was always wanted even from the beginning.

we often say something is resonant at say 60 hz and that is fine to say it gives it a time factor but i have a bunch of 60 cycle really fine wire coils and i used one with two stakes in the ground and at some 300 ft this coil would react and it would react well near power lines. it got me thinking about power in relations to the volume of it and why do standing waves have different wire lengths for different types of metal. the concept of the electron really messes up the whole process of thinking about this and how energy really is and works i just have to reteach my mind not to think about electrons. and concentrate on the field volumes instead.
making a wave in air or ground will alter the volume density of the energy and i have seen bad signal reception at some locations and yet a few feet away it is good.
so is this a drift frequency difference between ground and the air. do pure air antennas transmit farther or is it strictly the medium change of charge value that devolopes the power for reception.

Whats dangerous with the mot's is one end of the secondary winding is connected to the iron core if you touch this while running say to see if its warm you become part of the circuit and high voltage and amps will jump through you and you will not be with us anymore, the more I think about this the more dangerous it becomes, we need to build a system that is safe for anyone to build, we need 12 volts with high amps.

I wonder if the ice semiconductor was put in a Tesla antenna, when I was researching ice I found that iced antenna's caused the vswr in ham radio's to go above usable limits.
This really needs more investigating if it pulled amps instead of volts we may have something very interesting.

It makes sense ...you know the volume of water present in the atmosphere "diluted" with the rest of the elements present in the air ...so Iced Antenna is just a concentrated mix of the atmosphere

i am wondering if you freeze a cylinder of ice with a static charge across its length what would be the difference.

ok here goes with the shock wave idea take a metal plate even aluminum foil and cut a big circle i put a small amount of sugar at the center of the disc then charge the disc and arc to the center were the sugar was as it is arced the sugar shoots up and away from the arc.

what is the charge frequency if it is dictated by the volume of charge and this is different for each material this would move the charge faster in the plate so at the center there would be a pressure drop so to say and along the conducting rod as well this leaves an area at a 45 degree cone were the dipole sugar will be free to move.

that was a good video i like the way it showed the arc flowing and it seems right but i noticed that when the power was on the ring seperating the high tension terminals would go fuzzy messing with the image did you notice that or is it just my eyes.

it makes allot of sense that the field goes around the ring.

on the other forum i have been writing on electrostatics and something came to mind and is similar to what you are discussing here it would be similar to a shock wave in a magnetic field.
i have to think more about how to explain it better but see what is happening.

Iv been thinking about the transformer, if we think about the transformer as a pump and the magnetic field as the housing, if we open it up we may lose instead of gain, this is why Tesla never got in a hurry to build something, he thought about it for sometimes years.

If we pulsed the pmh coils with dc voltage we may boost the system but the timing would have to be perfect, or maybe put a cap in the pmh coils
Im going to study this awhile, there can probably be gain here if constructed right, but I want a system that produces so much gain that there's no question and we will find it.
