I am going to attempt to record it. I have learned not to count on these blasted machines. Here at home my aircard can be finiky. A power substation blew near my work yesterday from the 110 + heat over the last few days. This threw a wrench into me having the really fast business highspeed DSL at my shop for the recording. Hopefully I can get it here at home. I hate the instability of the aircard but I am crossing my fingers. That is the price of living out of town I guess.

BTW Toranarod , I have much enjoyed your hard work lately in the muller thread and the other one. Thanks for sharing all.

I just hung up from Free Conferencing support,
they do support the mass-mute feature for the host.

The entry is *5 from the hosts phone.

if the guest speaker is one of the call-in's,
have him press *6 after your *5 entry,
so only he is unmuted and all others are muted.

People will sneeze, doorbells will ring,
and lord knows call-waiting beeps will happen.

It would sure be nice to not have to listen to all that,
and the entire living enviroments of 100's of callers...



These people support toll-free conferencing,
ask what the price is for that for next time.

To those who are open minded enough to spend up to an hour of your time and nominal long distance charges (or free with skype it looks like??) - to learn about something no matter what it is - THANK YOU!

For those of you that are detracting from this already and you think everything should operate according to your own particular world view, please go start your own website and do things your own way. I'm personally not interested in your judgments. For you, don't get on the call - I don't want you to know about this and if you want the battery secret, I'll put it in a document and you can download it for $9.97 so you don't have to pay for a long distance call that may cost you $2 at the most. Get real people! You spend hours online anyway researching things and even if you're not interested in the main event and you get the battery secret, it was already worth your time and if you don't get that, please leave and join another forum because you're wasting my time and everyone else's.

The service that's being used is very free, even for long distance, just add this name as a skype contact:

freeconferencing.0000000000

replace the zeros with the 10-digit number that came in the email.

call that contact at 7pm PST, enter the code using the skype keypad, that code came in the e-mail too.

Totally free this way for anyone to listen in.

Very interesting - never seen that.

Okay a little confused here now. Does this cost to call and listen in other than what my standard long distance charges are?

The call is a regular land line conference call #. There are no per minute charges like 900#'s like some people want to have you believe.

The only charges it will cost you is whatever it costs to call a long distance number in the states.

searched on the web, would need many landlines for hundreds of calls.

why not just post a vid or mp3 after the event, and post the details of the book to the email addresses received ?

would like to join, but concerned the phone call could turn out to be a recorded message service, at $X per minute, similar to sex calls.

I think this is a stupid idea, if you have something to share than share it!
Why we have to call a telephone number and pay at $X per minute, similar to sex calls. Why not just record and post the info here so everybody can get it?
