Here is the little guy i put together. Its made from a 7inch diameter pipe cut into 24 sections. It locks when i hit it with current but comes apart the second i disconnect the battery. I bought some pipe like Davids today and am going to try that next. Im sanding it down to a 600 grit to try to get the best magnetic connection.

you guys sot skills!!! when you lock your PMH ..do you evwer feel like a coldness a few inches away??even a small one [the first one i made was out of a 16 penny nail bent into a U] felt cold ...ive drove over 10 miles with it..still works any way this coldness is one way to know when you are locked....cody...jetijs...you guys are AWESOME !....good work..cody,..as long you get a lock and it does not come apart, the orbit of force will continue.....now.. i expect you guys in about 2 days to tell me how to make mine better,also new and interesting findings!..you guys ROCK!...i am so excited...wish i could be there when you get effects.....thanks for every thing...and thanks....Ed

Could one of good people try somthing like this to get your sections to lock: (Not David as his seems to be working & locks ok)!

-Apply DC power supply to the coil. If doing so with a battery you'll know doubt pull lots & lots of amps.. (Good if you can measure it). Let say it's only 20amps. (maybe use a high wattage resistor to obtain a steady current).

-Importantly while the DC battery supply is connected. (and you'll want to do this quick.. connect a jumper lead across the coil.. The coil will then be shorted out and therefore cannot collapse. The DC battery supply will also be in a dead short condition, so I would try inserting a fuse (25 - 30amp) between the battery and the jumper lead.
The second the coil is shorted out with the jumper lead, the fuse blows, disconnecting the DC battery power, but the jumper lead shorts out the coil containing the energy in coil & the iron cores. Then the segments should hold together more strongly. (?) Idealy the fuse should not blow when connected to the coil, but should blow when the jumper is connected to cause the short circuit. Without a fuse you'll be dead shorting the battery but (only for a second) if you disconect the battery immidiately once the jumper wire is installed.

These ares my thoughts but will need to try it, only theory so far from me. ...Bring on the weekend.. I will try to replicate this too.

David, do you think the short-the-coil-out thing is worth a try or not nessasary? -Please don't delete any of your youtube videos as I haven't been able to view the new ones yet..!

@Jetijs is your steel magnet? ie does a magnet stick to it. The best pmh I've seen are NOT magnet including david's setup.

@David, have you tested this at different places, does the effect remain? Can you be really specific about the type number or so of the galvanized steel pipes.

I like your openness and impatience it means the truth will unfold fast.

@all, has anyone taken a magnet to coral castle and tested if the wheel was magnetic and/or affected magnets or others pieces of metal strangely. Call it on site experimentation . It may be that the wheel needs a pulse (however that's done) like a pmh to show its true self.

In the above picture, it looks like the 24 parts are seperated from each other by a binder of sorts. Potentially a material to physically keep the plates separated as I above proposed, or otherwise to enhance their attracting, perhaps via a material of lower magnetic resistance?
What's all the white stuff, concrede he poored over it to stabilize the device?

Anyone know what these guys on the video are seeing? Perhaps this is magnetic waves? Bermuda triangle is near where Ed lived. I believe there is some type of vortex in oregon too? If you happen to have a infrared imager, it might show up better.
