Pioneer weather engineer and humanitarian Trevor James Constable has done a community public service to mankind and saved serious situations as a result of using this technology; all individuals that have helped have done so without endorsement and have had to incur their own personal costs. Trevor James Constable, originally from New Zealand, worked in the merchant marines for over 31 years as a merchant marine radio officer, he traveled on enormous ships crossing the north eastern pacific ocean over 300 times, this gave him the opportunity to experiment with his research based on Wilhelm Reich's work.

After Trevor retired from the Merchant Marines, Trevor launched the worlds first Airborne Etheric Weather Engineering Operations based in Singapore from the late 1980s to the 2000; Trevor worked with US Air Force retired Colonel W.A."Willy" Schauer, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer George K. C. Wuu and US AirForce General retired Curtis Emerson Lemay. Despite these FACTS the general public remains unaware of their efforts, these individuals have no government endorsement and or faculty support. As a result this clean and cheap weather modification technology has remained neglected, the droughts, fires, smog and hurricanes continue. Ash I've spent the entire morning from 5 until now - looking up your references here. What I can't find is 'how' this technology works. Is there a 'blue print' or is this protected information? It's mind blowing stuff.

I would be very glad to try and forward your information to our own Government. Not sure that we'll make any more progress here than you guys have managed but am absolutely prepared to try. I'll go through the link again and see where to 'join up' - so to speak.

My concern is to do with the potential - related most specifically to your chapter on 'who owns the weather?'. Frightening stuff and I'm wondering if this is why the actual methodology is being withheld - if it's being withheld that is. Just not sure. To me it looks like solenoids - so we're dealing with some kind of resonance? But I'd love to learn more. I think that this somehow introduces a potential difference - very much like the electric fields under our ionosphere?

I see now how the concept of orgone energy developed. Very interesting indeed. I'll sign up through the link and perhaps you can send me more information. But wait until I've at least opened some government channels here. I may have a contact to exploit but need to check it out.

I am again reminded how tireless is Panacea in the protection of essential knowledge. Very well done indeed Ash and our gratitude well deserved. I think that your energies in these fields - have to carry blessings. I can't help thinking that we're in a kind of esoteric Armageddon where the actual war is the fight for true knowledge or knowledge of the truth. Hopefully it's the harbinger of some really wonderful potentials.

Water is perhaps the most important issue facing Australia at this time. Nowhere more than in South Australia and Adelaide in particular. Anyone traveling along the South OZ coast to Perth will find there are no rivers except the Murray and this due to poor rainfall/agricultural/domestic extraction is now becoming saline. Far too little is being invested into long term solutions - the cost of checking out the Wilhelm Reich legacy would be peanuts compared to the billions of dollars needed for massive desalination.
Individually one can clean up by having a "desalination - condensing" unit on the roofs of our houses that provides the few liters for drinking and cooking. Roof condensing units can be used throughout most of OZ; this due to the long hours of sunshine even in winter. Thus removing the unpleasantness from bore water/ roof water not untouched by bird ****/river water etc etc. Every house could have one! Such units are available commercially - though most reasonably competent Blokes and not to say Sheilas should not find it not beyond their abilities to "give it a go" knock something suitable up/out

A lot I believe is in the concepts in much of the material at Borderlands
Science Research Foundation (pretty much a dead group now I think and
not even sure if anyone gets the products they order). This is what I've

It is not the restoration of clouds that I don't agree with. It is the method of pointing sick inducing device to the sky is what I don't agree with.

Background info:
- Viktor Grebenikov, tube give bad vibe to human where hexagonal give good vibe.
- Karl Reichenbach ant crawling, stomach ache inducing device is better be avoided.
- Tesla sauna, prickling sensation must be avoided

Supporting data:
- operator must not get near cloud buster during operation or will get sick or serious life threat
- cloud buster must not be used for more than an hour
- cloud buster must be grounded
- aiming to people is forbidden
- neutralizing bad effect during storage is a problem
- operator must have good mood

@Ash. I can point you to some real drought conditions on the other side of the Pacific. The Atacama deserts have had no rainfall in 11 000 years - and no significant body of water to 'influence' its geography for something like 22 000 000 years. 600 square miles of arid desert wedged between the Pacific and the Andes in South America. It's known to be the driest place on earth. If I were you I'd use that region as the test and the control. It would be unarguable. Not sure if it can reach across the ocean. But it may be worth considering.

Just watched through the link you provided. That poor man. I'm a total convert. Frankly I can identify with those machines better than the motor on your second link. I find it confusing at best. But I'm hoping to get a full circuit design so that I can bend my mind around it better. I absolutely sympathise with the thinking relating to Orgone energy. It resonates. LOL

So Ash. I'm sold on the one but trying to learn the other. There are plenty of desert areas here in SA that could benefit. The challenge now would be to get the funding to test the principles. I'm definitely up for it .... if I can find the time. I also need some printable literature. Can you oblige? I want to get some motivating documentation. Anything you can send will be appreciated. I ask this because I'm relying on your internet search skills and - probably - the existence of your own library. I'll get it printed at this end.
