The sr 193 device you refered I believe , was genius.sr 193 attitude indicated he was a free energy magician.easy.Gonna go look up the stuff you recommended.

well if u worked from the lengths then winded the coil then its easy to maintain resonance between primary and secondary. so natural frequency is used.

but if u didnt wind coils according to resonant lengths then its also easy to resonate them forcefully with proper variable cap on both coils. they will never say no to resonance coz cap is the best friend of coil and they dance a duet of resonance when coupled. so no problem u can use force resonance.
