  • Incredible information, thank you. I am saving all these articles. You're awesome. Can I ask about some of Karl Palsness information that I cannot find sources on?

By the way this is not because I don't believe Gerry or Karl, I admire and respect them both. Its out of appreciation for the things they've dug up, and wanting to engage with the same source material that they found so many interesting things in.
    • Wax treatment process and build instructions for the self tuning wine bottle coil
      • 12 inch arc on 8 watts of power
    • Measurements for the hairpin circuit - He seems to be taking these out of the purplish serbian book - this one https://www.scribd.com/document/3986...ekvencije-1893
    • Lighting light bulbs under water
    • Transmitting radio all over new york city with non-hertzian waves
    • Claim of 80-90% cure of cancer with electrotherepy
    • Tesla balls!? - Spherical copper connected by a capacitor charges wirelessly via tesla coil DC field
    • Tesla coil completing the circuit to an ungrounded electrode

    • Whatever the case, it looks like at least some of these ideas find their source in this patent:

      • Checking back in, I just got my copy of the purple Belgrade Museum Book that Palsness was reading from as well as the green one, and I paid a lot for them.

Initially, looking at this - the purple book has 5 lectures that are widely available, and one that is not. The less - widely available is the 1897 lecture, and I think its the key piece where Karl was getting his info from. There are copies of this lecture available online, but compared to the copy I've seen (the one compiled by Leland Anderson), the one in this purple book contains the originally intended diagram for figure 10, which gives insights on the vacuum / pressure process for sealing tesla coils. See photo attached.

also, it has a different picture for figure 9

Notably, also the diagram for the mechanical analog of the oscillating circuit has the whole thing upside down as compared to the Leland Anderson version with the shadows under the pump and the thing on the other side, also flipped upside down

        Fig 10.jpg fig 9.jpg

The green book is going to take some time to see what we're looking at

Well the stuff Lighting bulbs in water is a rather recent demonstration of these effects and have already been shown prior in this thread, to my knowledge Tesla didn't do anything with that, however he's been on record saying how he could hold a bar of metal while the currents did nothing to him it could vaporize said metal.
Same with cure of cancer through electrotherapy, the best I could find strictly related to Tesla are his devices being used to cure Pneumonia (back then called consumption) even saving a man with hole in his lungs the size of a silver dollar (which is quite impressive), a few decades prior to the accepted cure being peddled to the masses. Not sure if this could be extended to cancer, but at the very least it shows that electrotherapy, when done with Tesla's devices at least, isn't "quackery".
Tesla coil completing the circuit underground probably refers to the fact that he pioneered single wire circuits (i.e. something that shouldn't even be possible if you ask einsteiner psychists)
As for the spherical copper mass, its what he used at his Colorado Springs laboratory if i recall correctly.

Very interesting, his 1897 Lecture revolves around his single cathode tubes if I remember correctly, its interesting to see that there are still some diagrams that aren't really available elsewhere. Either way like all his lectures, he lays bear many important foundations, and once again of course backs up claims that fly in the face of physicists backed up by his empirical findings.
