Ive read on a couple occasions that there was electric current going through the core material of the coil cores. I cant help wondering if the core was designed for forcing electrical current down the magnetic flux path (in the core) created by the coil, so that the two are parallel instead of being at 90 degrees, the way they usually like to be. And at that voltage to, maybe this contributes to some of the anomalously aggressive effects.
I haven't studied this much at all, but if there is a seemingly unnecessary amount of wires surrounding the coil, maybe its being rerouted back thru the core a number of times before reaching the coil windings to intensify this scenario.

Hi to all, I would like to know how many tubes were present in the Ed Gray motor of those very nice pictures. Because I can see just only one tube.Originally posted by Jetijs View PostHere's a good quality pic of this prototype #6

Look at this picture:

The slip ring is just beneath that first plastic plate and I guess that small, brown pin that sticks outside, is used to adjust the timing by sliding the slip ring.
Thanks a lotLast edited by jessie; 10-23-2024, 07:13 AM.
