Electric smog

Great demo showing the electric smog we all live in! Just imagine if we could somehow collect all this stray radiated EMI and re-use the energy.

If we were living in a world where the power grid was wireless, Tesla fashion, just imagine the opportunities for robbing the power companies by tapping free energy!

Gotoluc sent me this video of a guy who is working on a similar project. Luc tells me that the guy will soon be posting results of a device to capture the energy coming off high power electric lines. Byjove-- my sailboat mast is about 40 ft. tall but aluminum and not a good choice for the Bedini experiment. Hoppy I am going to try to capture that 32 volts into a cap and maybe feed it back into my lunch box. A free lunch for the lunch box? I'm wondering if I can use Nat's and Bodkin's SCR idea somehow.

I did more experimenting with the earth ground and antenna idea. I found out that there was LOTS of electricity flying around the house but not the way I expected.

How to captue it correctly is the question. :thinking Here is the video of the experiment:

This may help as a guide in your experiments, but as John Bedini says, PLEASE Be VERY careful.

Lets make this much simpler then it is, and no one will get hurt doing the experiment.

Just put up your 200 ft of coax 40 feet high supported between two fiber glass poles, this should give 1000 volts potential charge.

Next take an SCR 800 volts, leave the high voltage capacitor where it is connected, now face the SCR cathode towards the positive pole of the battery and ground the negative side of the battery with an 8 ft ground.

Connect a neon bulb between the anode and the gate, at 90 volts the neon will fire and the battery will get a "real radiant charge" (Conversion is backwards from electrostatic to radiant should see saw tooth wave, much stronger).

The faster you fire this bulb the better the battery will charge.

It's important to leave the .00047 uf 5000 volt capacitor between the cable or connected to the anode and ground, it's important to use a capacitor something like mica or a glass tinfoil capacitor. If looking at it with a scope be careful just look between anode and cathode.

Please be very careful with this experiment."

I went to a bridge rectifier and captured a glimpse of it on a volt meter. The CFL units that I have built emit / transmit a bunch of electricity. the neon bulb has a trigger point of about 90volts depending which one you have bought...when combined with the scr ....this then becomes a switch....all that is required is to wire it as per my circuit i posted earlier

i have ordered 2x 8" stainless steel spheres from the USA. Hopefully they will arrive next week. Will either paint them or varnish them. Haven't decided yet.

Not sure about the mixing bowls...it would probably work....but there is only one way to find out.

Captured Induced Radiant Energy?

The coil inside your box induced the moving energy or energy atoms surrounding it and your aluminum plate antenna which is also an insulated material acts as a capacitor and captures the energy. This is my thinking. Wow 32.2 volts ac. we need large capacitor to store this energy. Thanks a lot Lidmotor for sharing your findings. I was waiting for something like this. Imagine group of coils using the lowest energy inputs and capturing back what you have just shown on your video and amplifying these voltages for numerous uses.

And also, as always as i observed that, resonance plays an important role here as different materials have different resonant effects as they are introduced into the circuit, as they are being accomodated into "the community".

also about spheres....think of the sun as being a radiator and is it also an absorber as well?.....perhaps a hollow insulated metal sphere resonates better with what the sun is doing.....a possible theory....who knows.

or perhaps it (the sphere) behaves as the sun does...radiating and absorbing at the same time...another theory
