There are two methods for reach the soft ionization , Meyer have used electromagnetic method (not HV) and photons (for nitrogen ionization), my device use JUST natural and precious components and have an life of 400 years.?In all case EEC (Electron Extraction Circuit) is needed for reach the soft ionization.

So is electron extracrion needed in your reactor? Or were you just talking about Meyers system

Yes. That is the video I referenced in my comments about water? in the Klostermann experiment.

Looking at Klostermann's schematic, the 4 conductors comprise a simple triggered spark gap. The top and bottom electrodes create a high-voltage, low-current spark that ionizes the gas between the left and right electrodes that conduct a high-current pulse from the 500-volt capacitor once the ionization channel is established.

The main question is why they use dual energy source?

                Arc Gun

Plain air: Discharging a cap into ionized air: Why couldn't you use this concept to fashion a gun?

                  IMO - Plasma
                  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plasma_(physics)

.... The presence of a non-negligible number of charge carriers makes the plasma electrically conductive so that it responds strongly to electromagnetic fields.....

                  ?

Is an completely different system.. nothing to do with the gas processor

very hard to do proper ionization.. turning air into positive ions isnt the best thing to do ... but works like klostermann showed..
The pure in heart will see the light.

                        Tutanka and/or Tachyon,
Could you talk about the resulting compounds from this type of ionized combustion.
I read Dr. Baziez paper but the chemistry was a bit over my head.
What would the major by-products / compounds be of ionized burning in this way.
Oxygen, nitrogen and a bit of hho. I'm thinking there is no carbon in this process.
Just thinking about long term, widespread adoption of this process.
                        Always good to think ahead!

Potential, is a terrible thing to waste.

There are some ways for reach the proper ionization not just high voltage

the hard thing to do is control exactly the ionization state of each element.. 7 billion people on this planet no one has figured this out or am I just plain wrong?

Electrino mechanism is simple.. you need plasma and free electrons!!
