The process sounds pretty simple. Air passes through a magnetic field then into a catalyst(platinum) which is in the flux lines of the magnetic field, which releases ions...
I'm kinda confused about the plasma part....is it something we provide or is it the plasma that is supposedly there in oxygen naturally?
The paper states that there are always some oxygen atoms (ions) (plasma) in pure oxygen due to permanently happening phase transfer "molecule-atoms".
I'm still trying to absorb all the info....

During reading these patents I see that Klostermann engine can't reach high speed and torch, maybe this engine can work but at very low rpm because as standard endothermic engines need additional free electrons into the process.
