I watched my first module yesterday....
well, you know what I mean. With the quantity you took on the first day, that would be like someone starting with weightlifting - to muscle failure, doing 4 or 5 sets of each muscle group "awww this feels great!" and the next day or the following you can't even move. <- that used to be an everyday workout regime for me, but not when I started out!!
Whatever the dosage is at the time is perfect Of course, when adding modules, start increasing the E3AFA to handle it -- as needed, of course!
Yeah, don't take it at night, that's fine. You could take it first thing in the morning w/breakfast and maybe before lunch if you want to. What's great about the AFA, you won't have all the extra energy until your body is "good and clean enough" to handle it!
