Nah.. its not a race, take your time. If anything I found out that the SS cups are not the best material to work with. I have some thin brass tubes that I will hybrid off of Davey's original patent. My only saving grace is that my device was designed with the concept that the SS cups would need to be replaced and outfitted with something different.

BTW - My interpretation of the PDF, regarding the length of the can, was that if you didn't have the right length can you needed to thin the can out more?

I have two things left to do. I need to glue my pop cans together and also to secure my ring to my slotted threaded rod and I'll be ready to take the plunge. I don't know why but I'm sweating this one.
