Hi folks, thanks for your heartfelt replies to my little comments. Yes picking your battles is an interesting way of putting it, of course i would not consider it a battle in the true sense, since that would mean we were on at least an equal footing power wise and the few have made sure the systems have not allowed that. In my view, we are already enslaved prisoners due to these various systems and those knowingly or unknowingly supporting them and so it really does not matter if i were attacked, since it really cant get much worse than it has been and if it does and rfid chips are allowed to be put in everything, well then the shows really over as far as any sense of freedom at that point anyway. However i also feel this world's destiny is NOT going towards completely mind controlled people and is actually going towards universal peace, abundance and harmony. Besides, anything other than universal peace, abundance and harmony is not living in any true sense of the word and frankly i would see no point staying in a world like that.

Hi folks, it seems they've gotten to my wife, what a crazy world. All i said was i did not want to renew my license and all the other tyrannical pieces of paper they say you need. She said if i don't, to pack my bags and leave. I'm very sad about this, she use to want freedom, now it seems security and enslavement is what she prefers. When are we ever going to have true choice to determine our futures, now please. She's acting like the control mongers now. Any one else experiencing this kind of thing.

To understand this, Tyson, look into Maslow's theory of the hierarchy of human needs. It starts with the greatest need being the basic fundamentals that sustain life itself - air, food, water, etc. The next greatest need is safety and security, which would include safe shelter from the elements (your home), and the secure feeling of knowing you have a job and financial resources you can count on. To your wife, any talk of doing things in a manner not consistent with generally accepted ideas is seen as a dangerous course that may cause hassles and legal problems that would very likely result in threatening her and your safety and security, and she is probably right. It would be next to impossible to convince her otherwise. So, better to leave such talk for forum listeners who understand and sympathize with your anti establishment feelings.

The ruling class knows how to maintain stability. Keep the masses distracted, fearful, brainwashed, insecure, and dependent on government and business sectors for survival. Train people to see themselves as relatively free consumers. Maintain the myth that ordinary people can become wealthy and join the ruling class, which theoretically is not impossible, but of no statistical significance for the masses.

There are no easy paths to restore power to the people. But here are three strategies worth considering.
First, the real power of the masses is as consumers, not as voters, workers, activists, or Internet users. Weakened unions, globalization, technology, and illegal immigration have sapped the power of workers. National economies, especially the US, depend on consumers. Suspensions in discretionary consumer spending used as a political weapon could force reforms.
But curbing personal spending and saving money has become a rare form of civil disobedience. Consumers buy stuff when they want it, not when they can afford it. Rulers have replaced chains with debt and no political leader in a very long time has championed economic rebellion.

Second, because they are more a tool of tyranny than rebellion, the masses should stop giving credibility and legitimacy to faux democracies by boycotting elections. Plutocrats cleverly equate patriotism and good citizenship with voting while at the same time ensuring that no genuine change agents can succeed even if elected. All election results can be subverted by the forces of corruption. Those promising change, like Barack Obama, do not pose a lethal threat to forces of evil and corruption. Sadly, refusing to vote in corrupt political systems is another worthy but unpopular form of civil disobedience. The compulsion to vote is a political narcotic that sustains democratic tyranny.

Third, people must seek forms of direct democracy that give them political power. National ballot measures and initiatives are needed to make laws, impose spending mandates and recall elected officials. A most important tool is constitutional conventions outside the control of status quo preservationists to obtain systemic reforms that governments will never provide, as explained for the US at Friends Of the Article V Convention. No greater example of ruling class power exists than the absence of massive public demands for using what the Founders gave Americans in Article V: the convention option to circumvent and fix the federal government that – amazingly – has never been used, and that no presidential candidate has supported, including constitutional champion Ron Raul.

Update on Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin

An Army officer who invited his own court-martial to resolve for the nation questions about Barack Obama's eligibility to be president has waived a preliminary hearing in his case.
Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who refused orders from a chain of command led by Obama, also today released a new video explaining why documentation needs to be released by Obama that could confirm that he qualifies to be president under the Constitution's demand that the office by held only by a "natural born citizen."
Lakin was scheduled for an Article 32 military hearing yesterday, the equivalent of a civilian preliminary hearing in a court case. But Daniel J. Driscoll, an Army hearing officer, had banned Lakin from bringing in evidence about Obama's birth as well as testimony from Hawaii officials who may have information on the subject.

We all know that Obama's father was a Kenyan, not a US citizen, and therefore a British subject.

This defense will not work unless his attorneys can prove that Lakin did not disobey orders of direct superior , case closed.

The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) 809.ART.90 (20), makes it clear that military personnel need to obey the "lawful command of his superior officer," 891.ART.91 (2), the "lawful order of a warrant officer", 892.ART.92 (1) the "lawful general order", 892.ART.92 (2) "lawful order". In each case, military personnel have an obligation and a duty to only obey Lawful orders and indeed have an obligation to disobey Unlawful orders, including orders by the president that do not comply with the UCMJ. The moral and legal obligation is to the U.S. Constitution and not to those who would issue unlawful orders, especially if those orders are in direct violation of the Constitution and the UCMJ.

The order for Terry Lakin to deploy to Afghanistan originated with Obama, who as Commander In Chief of US armed forces made the decision to commit additional troops and personnel to the Afghanistan conflict. If Lakin can show that the order was unlawful, then he not only had a right to disobey, but an obligation to disobey the order. And if Obama is not qualified under the US Constitution to be President, then any order issued by Obama is unlawful. It doesn't matter that Lakin's direct superior officer issued the order to Lakin. What matters is whether or not the order was a lawful one, and to determine that the court must examine the lawful authority of the chain of command to the point of the order's origin. Therefore, the question of Obama's eligibility to hold the office of President is very relevant, and central to Terry Lakin's case. The military court is attempting to block Lakin's right to discovery of items and witnesses requested by him that could prove his case. If they succeed in refusing discovery to Lakin, then this case should go to the Supreme Court on appeal. You have to admit that this whole matter could easily and quickly be resolved if Obama's original long form birth certificate is released, and we must continue to question why Obama has spent nearly two million dollars so far to avoid releasing that, and other relevant documentation. And, of course, even if such a certificate could prove that Obama was born in the US, his eligibility could still be questioned due to the fact that he would be a dual US/British citizen with no definite loyalty to either country. The framers of the Constitution made it clear that the President's loyalty to the United States should be unquestionable.

As the video points out, those in government who criticize the Arizona law admit that they haven't even read the 2-page law. They don't seem to realize that Arizona's law is modeled after federal laws which state that illegal immigration is a criminal offense, and that they are failing to uphold the law by their refusal to take appropriate action.
