    Thanks for the feedback.

    So you've been on the module for a pretty long time. Good to hear that.

    What kind of results do you have so far? Was it a gradual process? Or did it build up in a short span of time?

    You'll notice that your muscles will become a little harder and a more defined - without working out while on this module. If you threw in a workout routine, you'd see even faster results.

    I've been on the UB mod since June of '07 and I'm not giving it up any time soon!

      Ub with a workout

      I was thinking about adding a resistance training regime to help the UB module produce better results.

        Kiran,

        Well I think I am beginning to think of cleansing more as a lifestyle than a process.

        So far, nothing I've done requires modification of diet, so I've just been leasurely trying different cleansing things.

        I would think the lemon / salt thing can be done on an ongoing basis.

        The bowel cleanse (I did his : www.herbdoc.com) didn't take more than 2 weeks as I remember it and I was not inconvenienced in any way besides taking all the pills.

        I am still exploring the Clarkia uses, perhaps avoiding trying the oil pulling thing.

        At http://curezone.com/cleanse/ and www.curezone.org you can find a lot of into. Almost too much. I just read a bit each time I went to the site and eventually decided to try some things. Although I glanced over the diet information there, I really didn't change my diet besides having less of an apetite anyway from the ult body mod and maybe the cleansing now too.

          participate with the module as much as possible

          It cannot be stated enough that actively engaging in whatever activity the modules promote will simply cause greater results than just the modules themselves.

          There is "momentum" that the physical action of exercising is capitalizing on that the subconscious is doing.

          For example, with my goal module, I find myself effortlessly and automatically starting to do things that put me in alignment with realizing the goals. However, I'm very fanatical about drawing my plans on paper over and over and over and over...when I do this in addition to the module, the results are over the top!

          Also, the synchronicity module works wonders that are really quite spectacular!!! But coupling this module with the exercise with the worksheet that anyone can do upon waking and upon sleeping will accelerate the results and make them even more spectacular.

          Of course of of the most profound benefits of PATHS is that it only really takes a few minutes a week compared to many other methods and modalities and that is a great feature..."saving time"... who doesn't what to do that? But if someone is using the sports module, most likely they are interested in sports and are already doing some kind of sports activity that will synergize with what the module is assisting with.

            Hi Aaron,
            Did you say there is a worksheet for the synchronicity module? Can you tell me where to find it. Are there worksheets for other modules as well? I would love to know about this.

                I was on this module for a mere three months, but I credit it with helping me make some very simple but fundamental lifestyle changes. One small example is that I now NEVER use escalators or elevators when I can use the stairs. In fact, I estimate that on average I now climb 10 - 30 flights of stairs in a day, imagine that! Because of this I have a lot more definition in my abs, and as for my butt - well, I'm not quite buns of steel, but I'm definitely not dragging a saggy ass around anymore! I highly recommend it.

                  3 weeks on UB

                  Hi

                  I'll be on UB for almost three weeks now.

                  I am noticing that I feel a lot lighter. And some reduction in my waistline too.

                        I don't know if it is mentioned elsewhere in this thread, but the books Body Sculpting Bible and the version for women would be a very good complement to this module. In the women's version of the book, the authors spend a great deal of time discussing: (1) how visualizing your fitness goals will get you there faster; (2) how visualizing the muscle you are using in an exercise will increase the muscle-building benefits of it as well as fine-tune your form.

                        Much of the mind-body information in the book is old news to people on this forum, but among all fitness books, it is nice to know that there is one that is congruent with what is discussed here.

                          Book arrived today. Wow...sorta slow getting here.

                          Published 41 years ago...looks like it has some very good info. Will report back after reading it.

                              You Must Relax | Edmund Jacobson

                              I'm reading through Edmund Jacobson's book You Must Relax again and I'm in awe of the profound nature of the book. The concept of mind/body isn't new but just seeing what he was doing with electrical measurements on the body showing the mind's influence is absolutely profound! And this is almost 100 years ago!



                              If you have a chance to get this book, please do!

                              Harold S Schroeppel's exercise called Effort is all about this specifically for clearing subconscious tensions in order to perceive more clearly the environmental data.

                              This books reads like a manual for how the Ultimate Body module works with all the medical and scientific study behind proving the influence on muscles from the mind.

                                The other day I bumped into an acquaintance.

                                She knew I was a teacher of some kind, but she didn't know what kind (actually I teach ESL).

                                When I asked her to guess, she said that I was a PE teacher! Me!

                                And when I asked her why, she said, "Well, just look at you!"

                                I take this as evidence that the UB mod has worked pretty well for me.
