    okay just let me get this straight....if we are instructing our subconscious minds through paths to do all this stuff that benefits our bodies....WHY must we also think about these nasty cleanses???????????????

    really. uck. gimme a break...and may it not have to do with effluvia from my colon. Come on -- either we are Beings Of Light changing ourselves Through the Ether with Technology, or we're not!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I'm with you, Chansonette! I trust my body's miraculously efficient functions to keep my insides far cleaner than any cleanse or colonic could ever hope to compete with.

      cruciferous vegetables, flaxseed, whole grain, and water are all my body needs to keep everything squeeky-clean.

        Because of the direction this thread had been taking (Colon cleansing etc), I was going to say a few words about ENEMAS (one of my favourite topics), and to give an in depth description of the wonderful enema process, even showing a picture of the recomended "insertion device" -. However, now I'm not so sure this would be welcomed. So I'm outta here before the shift hits the fan ! (hehe)

          We all have our own perceptions, beliefs, and ideologies - something that makes us all so unique and special!

          I sincerely hope those who believe that their insides are squeaky clean and free of debree, actually are.

          Those who feel that they need a little extra help in this area may not have known what options are available to them.

          We ARE all beings of light and anyone who wishes to share information that may benefit another, in my humble opinion, is obligated to do so.

          However, my feeling is that discussions pertaining to matters other than what the specific intention of this thread was originally created for (i.e. discussions of personal experiences related to viewing the Ultimate Body module) should be begun again in other threads so that people can once again get back to sharing their experiences with and for others who may be considering watching this module, or those who have already begun.

          Perhaps we can get ADMIN to start a new discussion room on Alternative Medicine (or just start threads in the Health, Fitness and Nutrition discussion room) and where these very pertinent, relevant and helpful topics can be discussed in specific threads and explored by those who are truly interested in those remedies.

          My personal opinion is that PATHS is a wonderful creation that helps people to change their lives for the better. However, I also believe that PATHS accentuates and accelerates all healing modalities and remedies.

          One person's mindset of an Ultimate Body may differ greatly from another's. One may wish to explore remedies that help to cleanse their organs and body in addition to PATHS for their Ultimate Body.

          We all take Spirulina to help us build and maintain nueral pathways (amongst other things); we still have to eat (some believe the better you eat, the better for you), we all have to drink (what's your drink of choice?), we all have other interests such as ME, CEM, EFT, Reiki, etc. - the point being is that as much as we love PATHS and as much as PATHS loves us - we do other things that resonate with us as well.

          The Ultimate Body is one that is fit physically, mentally and spiritually. Some people will use more 'tools' than others may use to 'tune up' their bodies. It's all good!

But yes, I agree with Glenn, perhaps this particular thread could do with a bit of judicious editing, and the "icky" posts moved to their own turf (or septic tank, or whatever). You know, before the "shift hits the fan," as Bren puts it ...

              Confessions from an Ultimate Body user

              Hey, folks, this thread has been life changing for me. I’m sorry some people are uncomfortable, but I’ve learned a lot. Really.

              My confession. My favorite meal is probably from Burger King: a Whopper Jr. with cheese, large fries and the biggest chocolate shake they make. (Yeah, I can feel some of you shuddering out there).

              I live alone and I hate to cook. Really hate to cook. Two years ago, I had my kitchen redone and got new appliances. It was over a year before I ever turned on the oven to bake a frozen pie (and then I set fire to the damn thing) or use more than two burners on the top. Love fast food, love the microwave.

              My main meals were (notice the past tense) from McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, Taco Bell …. Okay, not so much Taco Bell because they don’t sell any form of chocolate or ice cream. But you get the idea. Is it any wonder that I’m on Take It Off? I mean, if you’re on Ultimate Body or Take It Off because you gained a couple pounds from eating too much brown rice, we’re not even in the same universe. I’m the real challenge for PATHS.

              Originally I signed up for Mood Elevation, Self Esteem, Take It Off, and Successful Living #1. After a month, I realized that the only reason I had problems with depression is because I’ve gained so much weight that I’ve begun to isolate. I didn’t want anyone to see me. So depression is a side effect, not the main problem. With that realization, I made some changes. I left Take It Off, and changed the other to Ultimate Body, Organization (Goals) and Living Phase 2. And something changed.

              I learn so much from reading posts here. I even ordered the Dr. Schulze stuff we’re no longer discussing. I used it over a time when I was off work … and I was ready with a poison pen post to Aaron and Alan in case anything uncomfortable happened. But it didn’t.

              And then I read all about microwaves. I haven’t used my microwave since, over two weeks now. I bought a rice steamer. My new beverage is water with a bit of lemon instead of cola. I found the pots and pans and cooked on the stove.

              And yesterday …. Folks, yesterday on my way home from work I drove right by Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King and Taco Bell because I really wanted to eat what I had planned to COOK for dinner: brown rice, fresh steamed vegetables with spices, a little lean meat and a bit of delicious bread made from sprouted wheat. And I cooked enough for left overs tonight, which was also great. So, the thing is, I wasn’t white knuckling it past those fast food places, it really wasn’t what I wanted to eat. And I lost the ability to lie to myself … I even bought a new bathroom scale because I could no longer ignore the fact I had learned if I stood on my old scale just right, it would weigh me a lot less than if I stood on it any other way.

              Yeah, not only that, but I cleaned out my closets, painted the bathroom, reorganized the kitchen, hung new pictures, installed baseboards …. Projects that I’ve been meaning to get to for years. I’ve been trying to de-clutter everything.

              Hello? Is this magic or what?

              And, as I’ve said before on here, if that blasted Wealth module could just be added to my theater, long enough for me to get more money together, well, I’d just get some more PATHS modules. So, Admin, listen up. It can be in your best interests, right? Use me as a test model, Okay? Please?

              So, anyway, do you believe in coincidences? Tonight I came home and TIVO had recorded a suspense show for me. But when I went to watch it, it was Oprah instead, with a guest talking about how to de-clutter your house. He said obesity and clutter go hand-in-hand.

              I don’t believe in coincidences. I’m going to de-clutter some more this coming weekend and I’m really confident that eventually I’ll even lose weight.

                  Just starting

                  I started two days ago on the Ultimate body and also add goal setting! I went on Friday to work out for the first time in many months. I lasted 16 minutes on the treadmill! LOL! Hey at least I went! Seriously, though I am a sugar addict, and the last two days since my first viewing I have walked away from some of it. At least once, now it usually won out later, but I could tell in the first viewing I was already starting to think different.

                  I also due to my circumstances decided to set the goal of working out everyday and deal with my eating habits later. I go from eating very healthy to binging, and I recently noticed that the binging coincided with the abuse cycle in my marriage. I am away from that... So between this module and getting my life on solid ground... I think I will make some major changes in my life! The reason for wanting to change workout habits at this time and not worry about eating habits is that working out will usually workout my eating habits over time and relieves stress, so I can work on the eating habits. Now that I am seeing that the thoughts are changing I think this will be a life long change... cause as some of the ladies mentioned this module is a keeper!

                  I will let you all know how it goes! It is funny, because I have totally studied all about healthy eating and healthy living... I could teach it to others, but I have never figured out how to get the sugar out of my life permanently! I think this will do it!

                    my experience

                    Hi

                    I 've been on the ultimate body module for a week now.

                    Nothing to report so far.

                    Jowever, a week before I got on the module, I had the urge to get healtheir.

                    I pulled out a 2 year old health book and really got into following the program.

                    Yesterday I went for a weekend brunch. But I noticed that I only ate healthy - a large portion of salad and no major carbs.

                    I'm looking forward to how this module works on my body.

                      The good eating can definitely be a result from the ultimate body module. One of the benefits is "A desire for healthy foods."

                      I have been on this module for quite a while. I find I get more out of any workouts and stay slimmer than usual when I don't work out.

                      I have found some decrease in appetite.

                      I have also done some of the internal cleansing Aaron posted about from curezone.org (clicke tab on cleansing). I am finding that very very helpful for getting the stomach to flatten.

                      The things I have done from that site (I recommend all I have done) are a bowel clense and using the Clarkia tincture.

                      Recently I have used the instructions included with the clarkia to target my liver (clarkia + chicory tea) and gall bladder (clarkia + dandelion tea) and I have also been drinking a lot of lemonade (or just water with some fresh sqeezed lemon) with a pinch or two of salt.

                      I learned about the lemon and salt pretty recently from a man I met from India. I think I understood that the salt attracts any bad buggies and then the lemon kills them.

                      Anyway I am feeling better and better inside and looking better and better outside

                          muscle twitching

                          Hi

                          I had a rather interesting experience today.

                          Sometime in the afternoon, I noticed my right arm was a little sore. Incidentally, my right arm is also the weaker of my two arms.

                          Later in the evening I noticed a twitching of my right arm's bicep.

                          Guess the module is working on my body part by part or is this not a part of the module?

                          Any thoughts?

                            Hi Kiran,

                            Yes and no. Possibly and probably. How's that for a definitive answer? It is possible to feel muscle spasms (or twitches), as well as sore tendons and muscles on the Ultimate Body module. This is because your body is getting the equivalent of a small workout in the areas that need addressing.

                            Remember when people used to use small doses of electric current to stimulate the contraction of muscles? Well the same sort of thing is going on in your body - safely. This is actually the real solution to that skinny kid on the beach getting sand kicked in his face by the big muscular bully (how did that scrawny kid get a date with the cute blonde anyway?). Then he goes out and buys vitamins, I think it was, and comes back like Popeye. The UB mod can give you that transformation from just your daily routine.

                            You'll notice that your muscles will become a little harder and a more defined - without working out while on this module. If you threw in a workout routine, you'd see even faster results.

                            I've been on the UB mod since June of '07 and I'm not giving it up any time soon!

                              It works!

                              I've been on the Ultimate Body module for over a year and I credit it ( plus my sporadic use of 10 lb. dumbells) and my treadmill and stair stepper to a very toned body for a 64 year old female. My muscles were mushy and now they are not.

                                I agree, this module can have a passive affect...ie. tone things up a bit...even if no exercise is being done.

                                Where it really shines is that when a person works out, the results are usually greatly magnified!
