NorCal, Q: 3-pole kit

hi everyone.

Grass Valley just got hi with a freak snow storm and I was out of power for 5 days. super motivated to get this energy stuff figured out.

went to the conferrence and got one of those 3-pole kits. still trying to make it run.

anyone have the right link for support for that perticular unit? it's a little inundating for a newbie to this forum to find that info.
