Hi guys, since Mike is pretty busy and may not answer right away let me see if I can help. If we use a primary frequency of 120 Mhz then the secondary freq is only 720 Mhz. This is in the upper UHF range not microwave range. There is no need to use microwave frequencies. As I understand from talking to Mike at the conference we do not want to totally break the H and O bond. We only want to weaken it so the H will combine with the N to create ammonia. Microwaves would put so much energy into our water vapor HHO would be produced. The HHO would then almost certainly recombine with possibly dangerous results as the previous poster stated. I agree there is nothing particularly dangerous about microwave ovens. They are just not what we need for this project. Hope this helps a little.

You are right that micro wave ovens are safe because they are shielded and people should not be affraid to use one, but used out of context they can be leathal.

Just a reminder.

The John Kanzius Frequency for "The Burning of Salt Water" was reported several times, including the one Paper that Dr. Rustum Roy and associates had published on it (Penn State University where this tech has been "shelved" for the last 2 years or more lol), to be "13.56 Mhz" .

Hi Carroll,

I respect your posts but you are mistaken regarding 720 MHz not being in the microwave range. The microwave range starts at 300 MHz spanning from UHF to EHF (300 GHz). Of course this chart shows the 'L' band as starting at 1000 MHz.

Hey Harvey.I have repaired microwave ovens for over 20 years. And i am still as stupid as I was 20 years ago. Harmless. At least 90% of consumers
own a microwave oven. Its not something to be afraid off. Why do microwaves scare the hell out off some countries?

Has Mike has stated above, it is not necessarily the frequency itself as much as it is the power behind it and the dispersion or density of that energy.

One of my relatives by marriage developed a tumor the size of a small orange between his ear and jawbone which pushed down into his neck. The doctors told him it was from using his cell phone (he had over 2,000 minutes a month and would often go over). He had to start using ear phones and underwent specific treatment. Interestingly, the solution was more radiation to kill the bad cells He seems to be ok now, but it gave us all a pretty serious scare.

My associate who holds a General Class Radio Telephone license was once called in to assist in aligning some microwave beam antennas at Hughes Aircraft in Fullerton. I don't remember the details exactly, but I do recall that his workmate stuck his hand in front of a live beam (that was supposed to be off) and sustained serious burns.

I have owned a microwave oven since the early 80's and use it regularly to 'nuke' my coffee water and cook various foods. I rarely stand next to it while it is operating, and I enjoy the delayed start that my current model offers which allows me to get about 10 feet away before it starts. I think it is more about peace of mind regarding unknowns than any real safety issue. I have seen ants walking around inside microwave ovens while they are on seemingly unaffected.

Here is is something to ponder: Fluorescent paints work because they take a high energy radiation (UV) and convert it to a lower energy radiation (visible light). But some materials could take several low energy photons and emit a high energy photon. If a gamma ray were to develop inside your food and be emitted, would the screen on the glass stop it?

Looking at the sonarluminescence video should give us some insight into this process as it takes low energy sound waves that are focused and gives a result that produces high energy blue light.

It is surprising they are legal anywhere in the world. Mutates food substances,
damages cells, causes anemia, increases leukocyte levels, you name it.

Different danger than what Mike is referring to, but in case you want to

For years I would heat up frozen burritos by just cutting one end off the plastic wrap and letting it steam in there. Maybe that's why my skin feels sunburned sometimes when I get the flu . . .beep beep beep . . . oooh, my lunch is done nuking, gotta go eat now (no plastic involved)

Food grade plastics nowadays are designed around the concept of leaching, or contamination of product over time, through various stimuli. Alot of PP and PE plastics are very stable over a MUCH longer time period than the shelf life of the product. When different chemistry food products are used, special layers are added to the substrate to compensate and protect.

The cumulative effect of eating out of such things over a life time???? Dont know, they didn't have a course on that when I was at university for Packaging Engineering.

But hey, using high frequency radiation to heat what could probably loosely be called a "burrito" in a petrol derived casing is probably still better than eating at McDonalds!

Anyway..The point I was trying to make is that there are millions of old microwave ovens cheap or free in most cases, that can be harvested for frequency experiments. The components are perfectly safe to handle and are not radio active. The cap might need discharging. Thats all. There is plenty of reliable info on the google and if proper shielding precautions are taken you will not come to any harm while you are firing a magnetron at your HHO cell, or creating 3 foot flames from a drop of sugarwater via a car ignition coil and a magnetron etc...

There seems to be a stigma attached to microwave tech among experimenters.

There are a lot more interesting things you can do with the components other than reheating a burrito

But hey..Harvey I think I found the ignition source. Carbon monoxide. Or rather pollution. I was using general atmosphere so its possible.

...what about salvaging a vhf and uhf rig instead and let it transmit simultaneously to each radiator. I guess transmitting some hard rock music will enhance or break the bonds inside the cage while making vapor with an air stone..(no pun intended)

I believe the stainless tubes about 4 inches long evolved into into a resonant chamber. There were stages so that the 900+ DC between the tubes formed a resonant chamber. The coils top and bottom

What all need to realise is when Meyer talked about resonance he was talking in a very layman term of a wave guide "as in micro wave" resonance of the tubes is a load of Bull.
