Debye relaxation is the dielectric relaxation response of an ideal, noninteracting population of dipoles to an alternating external electric field. It is usually expressed in the complex permittivity of a medium as a function of the field's frequency ω:

But anyway with the information I posted on this thread anyone can build a Gas Processor, VIC transformer, and WFC. The water fuel injectors still need more explaning but the concepts are there as to their functionality. So it is too late for anyone trying to block this information at this late stage of the game. The information it out and the prototypes are being build all around the world. The thing I like it most is the many different designs I have seen, some far more addvanced than my own. I knew that was going to happen for someone always has a better idea when you make things independently with everyones own point of view as they design and build their prototypes.
