    For the experimenter, it has been difficult to accurately predict the frequency and electrical characteristics of a single coil before constructing it. Various formulae has been provided online to predict a coil's frequency via the traditional quarter wave length formula, although this does not accurately give decent results. Until recently, I've released an engineering report which takes these matters into hand, by providing better suited formulae for the average engineer to understand and practice.
