Could it be that simple...

On a different note:
It would be interesting to see what would result by tapping the south pole(s), as in the videos only the north poles were measured.

Also if reversing the drill, swaps the rotation, from: ccw|cd when turning cw, to cw|ccw when turning ccw.

I think I know where your going

I had an idea along similar lines, being: does one have to use neo magnets. Seeing as how Faraday was able to get large amperage from magnets far far weaker than what is available today.

I'm thinking more along the line of the cost to scale it up (large neo's can get expensive), then again the strength of the neo's may allow for smaller devices with the same output.

The Smith setup is ideal
Magnets take alot of power to break the bands, air cored is the easiest to break.

Needs flywheel circuit,a tank circuit or sine wave oscillator will not work, it will induce ac into the secondary's and the coils are only wound for one direction.
Also with a tank circuit you cant get a resonate lock because of the changing polarity.

Say we aren't using the pos at all like Leedskalnin said,
What would happen if we did,
Either shorted or with a heavy load, would it make the neg side draw more from the ambient.
What would happen if we supercharged two separate plates with real pos and neg, I know they say thats what happens in capacitors but is it really, It would be interesting to find out.

Personally I think there's alot more at stake here than just free energy and thats why they are fighting so hard to keep it under wraps.
