The easiest system should be the pulsed coil system, it has to be powered from the center out just like the V gate magnet motor.

The system will pull on the shorted coil's magnetic field, when this happens the shorted coil still has current running through the wire so it draws from the aether, it will pump energy.

If you look at magnets as gears hear is something interesting, the shaft is stationary the gears move around the shaft.
