Well, it's very grainy and small image. On that basis, it could be ignored.

Let me take a look at the image you submitted and render my judgement.

Let's say that your petition is to throw doubt on the legitimacy of this device.

The image states 8 minutes 40 seconds on second video.

I took a look at a video of his at that very same time index.

My observations are as follows:

The poor image quality of the image you submitted is partly responsible for causing some doubt.

Let's look at some issues:

1. The edge of top of the inverted carriage bolt causes a shadow which can be mistaken for a black wire.

2. There appears to be a red wire underneath the top of the inverted carriage bolt, but those wires there are loose and could easily be trapped under the carriage bolt when the unit was placed on the table.

3. The shadow of the red wire could be mistaken for a hidden or unexplained black wire.

My conclusion is the image you submitted doesn't prove that there is any intent to deceive.

Unless you can submit a higher quality image, and provide the source details for that image (as you failed to do in this case), then your petition is going to have to be denied.

Don't loose the Forrest for the tree. Whether Romero's was fake or not, his was based off a Muller motor. Now, others are seeing some very interesting and promising things related to the Muller. Even if Romero's was a fake, there is still plenty of promise and potential OU in the system, the Muller system. Don't get so caught up on one frame of one video of one device that you loose sight of the potential that is sitting right in front of you.

I have already rendered my judgement on this matter.

Since you're appealing my judgement, I have formulated a judgement on your appeal.

On this thread, you have the burden of proof when presenting a claim. I'm not going to go on a wild goose chase in an attempt to back up your claim. You have to do that yourself.

If you have proof, but only say you have proof but don't present the evidence at the same time you make your claim, that doesn't help your argument. I believe it hurts your argument to mention it after the fact, as it were.

To me, it's immaterial, whether you wanted "those wires" to be there or not. What does the evidence say. Unfortunately, for your argument, you didn't provide the evidence. In fact, by your own admission, you are claiming you have evidence which would prove your case, but you are withholding it, and you only claim that it exists, but you don't provide the evidence which would prove it exists. Again, you only offer another claim. Where is your proof? Where are the specific references to your sources that can be verified?

Claims are meaningless unless they are supported with verifiable proof which you have not presented.

Your claim that you asked Romeo a question is immaterial if he didn't provide an answer to that question which can be verified.

Your claim for your reason to divert me from looking into this technology is also immaterial. You haven't supported your claim as to expending resources of your own. Where is the proof of that claim?

In other words, if you make a claim to me, then you're going to have to back it up with documentation and specific references to your sources before I can take your claims seriously. Otherwise, I'm just think that you're attempting to divert me.

I don't know who you are, and I don't care who you are.

Besides, what do you care what I do with my time and money? How is that any of your business? Why don't you focus on taking care of your business?

In other words, mind your own business.

Why don't you stop spending your energy attempting to divert other people in their pursuits? How can anybody take you seriously when you have a history (Oh, yes, I looked at your posts.) of attempting to divert people in their pursuits without supplying the proof necessary to back up your claims?

It appears that I might have been too hasty in my decision.

After reviewing the image you submitted several times and turning it over in my mind, I was prompted to look at the Self-Running Video at time index 8:40 to 8:41. It appears that the center of the table is in frame. I can not tell whether wires go into what appears to be a hole in the center of the table or not.

Certainly, more study into this matter is required.

All I want now is to enjoy the life I had before and forget about doing any more research, I don’t have the power to do that anymore.

I am not good for this kind of pressure, I already have hearth problems, it is not worth it.

I just hope that one day someone better than me will have the strength to go thru all this.

I have always stated that I have no intention to sell or do any public demonstrations, please check my posts on overunity forum.

Hole in the Table - Findings

Are wires going down the center of the table?

From the earlier images, I don't think it is possible to tell.

What about images showing under the device from the Self-Running video?

To me, from images 0129.png, 0130g.png and 0131b.png, it appears that the two dark wires appear to be attached silver color solder connections of an underside coil, and they don't go down the hole in the center of the table.

However, from this image 0841plus.png, it appears that a red wire may or may not go down under a cover-cap for the center hole of the table. I obtained this image by slowing the video to 0.25x speed.

You are right, the muller is promising and since I have build it I will continue to experiment with it.

@vidbid, thank's for doing your own research on the video, I'm not here to distract anyone from doing what he want's to do but if it is based on a fake I want to warn only. I'm typing on my cell phone otherwise I would give more references.

Re-Design

I think the Muller generator can work if the type of coils used are based on Thane Heins' bitoroid design. You could probably power the generator from a motor based on a E.V. Gray designed motor, i.e., repulsion motor, where the kickback is captured and recycled into the system. I think a large flywheel should be used. Essentially, it would be a QMoGen.
