It took me a while to "get" this one. I have to remember to slow my breathing rate to pick up more harmonics on that biological overtone. That, slows down my heartbeat, which changes the resonance of the spark gap in my brain, to fire off different neurons.

Anyways. My qualifications to voice my opinion about bread....

I work as a dough roller at a local pizza shop. I bake bread at my house because it's cheaper, and I can make sure that the ingredients aren't GMO....

What I mean to say... I know how bread rises -- This seems like pretty simple information -- and it is. I don't mean to overcomplicate it, but There are a few subtleties, which in practice must be exact in order for the same predictable result to emerge.

For instance, You need the correct temperature to get the yeast to activate, and expand the the sugars into a gaseous form.

That makes little air bubbles in the dough.
The air bubbles tend to clump together and assume the form of into spherical pockets.

But I think all day about walter Russell as I am making Pizza skins.

I read his works on my kindle, and copy his pictures into poster form on the wall. A bit more on that tomorrow.

I wanted to make a co-respondance between the Yeast of Bread, and the Spiritus Mundi of the alchemists. This isn't a perfect analogy, so stay with me please. I hope this reflects the same alchemical process as matter growth.


The first four octaves of Russell's matter are electric in preponderance. They contract gaseous space into a great density of motion -- the greatest being carbon.

The growth process of wheat, pulling the surrounding atmospheric gases, and condensing it into a dense form.
(We grind that dense form of wheat kernel into flower) -- and mix it into its densest state with water.

By giving the expanding yeast the dense dough, it slowly expands into the potential position of the enviroment -- as long as there is the body of dough to contain the "spirit" of the yeast.

(Slightly unrelated to spirits aside from the play on the dual meaning of spirits. The yeast also produces alcolhol as a byproduct of its expansion)

So as long as you give the spirit a body that can handle the expansion, you can mould the dough for any purpose -- breads, biscut rolls, pizza skins, un-leavened crackers....

They are all made of the same stuff, but used for a different purpose.




The purpose is determined by the ratios of the ingredients, and the potential (Temperature, Moisture, Atmospheric pressure) of the enviroment...

For instance, bread rises faster in the mountains than in the desert, due to the altitude difference.

If you were to make the same dough in the mountains as in the desert, and held it at the same temperature -- the desert would develop a hardened crust, and become a prematurely small loaf.... The same goes with cooking the bread rolls in an oven....

Kind of like making copper, instead of gold -- or iron instead of gold.

If you cook bread at a lower temperature than your "ideal golden loaf", you preserve some nutrients that


If you make bread with M-state water, instead of regular water you need less water, and the bread generally tastes sweeter.

It is also more resilliant against forming an outer hardened shell at higher cooking temperatures, and will rise slightly faster....

Astronomers Discover Dwarf Sun Beyond Pluto

The idea of a new planet being discovered in our Solar System is pretty exciting. Even more so because of the many theories about "planet-x" or "Nibiru" being associated with space aliens and the doomsday prophecies of 2012.
Scientists at places like NASA and famous observatories have deflected inquiries about the discovery for a few years now, mainly because they feared being associated with these "fringe" theories. But like it or not -- it has happened. Well... according to a team of Spanish artronomers who call themselves the StarViewer Team.
The group made the rounds of all the news web sites in the past two weeks, claiming they discovered something very significant. It's almost twice the size of Jupiter and just beyond our furthest planetoid, Pluto. Although it's not a planet, it appears to have planets or large satellites encircling it. It's what astronomers call a "brown dwarf star" and its official name is "G1.9"

The newly discovered brown dwarf is reported to be located just about 60 to 66 AU (1 AU=the distance from the Sun to Earth) from us (its parigee), currently in the direction of the constellation Sagittarius. Because of periodic gravitational disturbances in areas of space further out, specifically in the Oort Cloud, the Spanish group of astronomers believe G1.9 travels in an elliptical orbit extending possibly hundreds of AU beyond the furthest known planets (its apogee). Its position just beyond Pluto suggests it is at its closest approach to the Sun and Earth.

In all of Fortean phenomena and esoterica, I am not overly familiar with the concept of ley lines. So on a whim, I decided to look into it and the following is what I found out.

A "ley line" is an unseen conduit, if you will, of spiritual energy that runs through the Earth. There many of these lines across the globe and they tend to intersect in a grid-like pattern. Points where these lines intersect are thought to be vortexes of psychic or spiritual energy by New Agers. Said devotees of the ley line theory claim that ancient peoples, whether unconsciously or intuitively, built their monuments along these conduits. The pyramids of both Egypt and Mexico are said to be atop ley lines, as is Stonehenge and the lines of Nazca. Even our modern Interstates and roadways are claimed to follow ley lines in a few cases. Plus, interestingly enough, crop circles seem to form along ley lines, especially in Britain.
