Not an expert but I know the Rotoverter has been discussed extensively and there is a yahoo group where Hector is on. I believe it is the EVGray group run by Doug Konzen (konehead). I think either he or Hector also have a yahoo group just on the RV. Some say they are getting OU but I think it takes some careful tuning.
