Recently, i can across this article regarding new type of solar panel that uses human hair. It turns out that this article is a hoax. Can someone explain to me whether can hair trap heat from the sun and then convert it into electrical energy?

When you read the comments under the article it is stated this is a hoax.

This could well be a Hoax, but with renewable energy, i don't believe the Hoax callers until i see a good replication.
